Location Fire alarms went off twice in one night and the staff appeared to not be too bothered. Appreciate that not necessarily their fault but they could show a more caring attitude, especially in the early hours of the morning. |

Convenient location 1) Bathroom flooded owing to overflow leak and, despite asking 3 times, and being assured someone would soon be there, nobody actually came to fix it. I had to use a spare towel in the end. 2) The bill was wrong and I was fobbed off by two members of staff with ludicrous reasons why. I did not have time to pursue the matter as I had to leave. |
