It was convenient for the tube and for 'Blood Brothers' at the Phoenix 5 mins away (great show). Great view from 8th floor - London Eye, Big Ben etc. The room was really tiny - ok for a night but it would not be suitable for a longer stay. No real wardrobe space other than for a couple of shirts - nothing longer. The lifts were so slow to arrive that we walked down the 8 floors when we were leaving, along with many others - weird back stairs. No room service breakfast - brought our own from supermarket across the road - v.nice. |

Room was fine. Staff at reception and concierge friendly and helpful, but not in Breakfast room. Breakfast layout very ill thought out and but could be easily remedied. Lifts were VERY slow, always lots of people queueing and getting aggitated. |
