At 9.30pm, someone came into my room having been given the same key. At 10.00pm, the cleaner came in thinking the room was empty. The next day after breakfast, I couldn't get back into my room. Lifts not working properly. |

The atmosphere was very depressing, the hotel could do with a make over... Interior has never changed since the 70's and modern applications not implemented. |

The location was amazing close to everything. A very busy hotel allow some time for booking in and out. Not a problem normally but we had left it a bit close for catching plane. |

Location: close to underground Tottenham Court Road. Close to Oxford Street. Breakfast OK but I missed fresh vegetables. Extremaly small room and bathroom. It was difficult to turn around in the room not mention the bathroom. No heater in the bathroom. Quite loud. |
