位置相当的好，出了酒店就到牛津街上了，离地铁也相当的近 在伦敦期间，我分两次入住的酒店，第一次给我的房间非常小，不符合我的房价，第二次我再入住的时候给我的房- 间还算符合我付的房费，而且还比第一次便宜了2镑！不知道这到底是怎么回事 |

It was a birthday break. We had a show and meal deal. The show times were messed up so we spent the evening in the giles hotel bar and had a great time! The room was a little small but adequate as we were only staying one night. |

Location very good for shopping on Oxford St., Tottenham Ct Road, Charing Cross, Holborn and the tube station is handly I have stayed there about four or five times and every single time something goes wrong in the room: TV, hot water not working etc. Room cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired in the bathrooms which are also mouldy. Most of the showers need replacing. The cleaners left my dirty coffee cups in the room. The rooms at the lower levels are very noisy from outside traffic. Most of the staff are not very helpful. |

The location was great. Really close to tube stations and very central for exploring London on foot. The gym connected to the hotel was surprisingly good. Facilities were great and gym staff were very friendly. Breakfast staff were also very efficient and friendly. Cleaing staff were very pleasant. Concierge was a very helpful. The whole hotel could do with a bit of a face-lift. Our room wasn't very big but was sufficient given price and location. Mixture of reception staff - those who were v good and efficient and others didn't quite seem to know what they were doing. |

Good accommodation, excellent location for West End, helpful and colurteous staff I was very disappointed that you have discontinued serving full breakfasts. This was an added attraction for me which influenced my decision to choose St Giles over other similar hotels for my trips to London. I may now have to reconsider now that you have downgraded your service by offering a poor substitute for breakfasts. This affects value for money. |

Generally the hotel is OK. Lobby rather unattractive. Breakfast restaurant quite nice and staff very pleasant. Ethernet internet wiring provided in rooms, but rubbish connection. And expensive if you could make it work. |

Very close to the theatres and the staff were welcoming and helpful There were only pastries out when we arrived for the 'breakfast to go' and it wasn't until we were finishing that some croisants appeared, which had we known we could have had, we would have much prefered. |
