The location met our requirements exactly and the facilities provided were above a level we would have expected for this type of accommodation, being self catering. |

We stayed in apartment 13, it had been completely refurbished and had been done to a very high standard, kitted out with everything you need. The location was also good, only a short walk to the shops and seafront. We would definately stay again and recommend to anyone. Also the staff/owners went out of their way to make sure you had a good stay. |

Apartment was modern, airy and spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water. Private parking was a big bonus for us, together with them accepting dogs. The option to eat in the hotel should you wish was also useful, however, we made full use of the facilities in the apartment. |

The privacy of our own apartment. Accommodation was stylish and modern. The apartment was of a good size not cramped. It was very clean. I would stay again for a short stay. Bed a bit soft and lumpy and the bed room mirror was so high up on the wall I could not see in it. ( I am 5ft 6 ). Mirror in living room was to far away from plug point to be able to use to dry hair. Another arm chair in the living room would be good as it only has seating for 3 and the apartment is for 4. One had to sit on a dinning room chair to watch tv. |

The staff were very helpful and had a good sense of humour. The flat was clean and fresh and was done out in Next equipment and accessories. The windows in the main bedroom and living room were painted shut. As we were 4 adults rather than 2 adults with 2 children we could have done with a second set of keys. |

The apartment allocated was newly refurbished and clean. Apartment 2 and 3 have great bay windows overlooking road from high vantage point. First apartment had no proper shower and when we tried to run a bath the hot water presure was non existant. On speaking to managerial staff moved fairly quickly to Creel Cottage a small detached house at rear (in car Park). Not the best of locations but new, clean and functional. However still no proper shower which lets it down. Accomodation is within 10 minutes of town and well back off the busyish road. |

The apartment was furnished to a very high standard, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was not too far from the beach, entertainment and food outlets. Parking was good at the apartment. The only thing that could have been improved was that the mattress on the double bed was extremely soft and not good for your back. |

The staff were very welcoming and friendly ,the apartment was all newly furbished and decorated and most importantly very clean , i would certainly recommend it and will be visiting again. the only problem with the hotel is the fact that we could not stay longer than 1 night to enjoy it . |
