This award-winning bed and breakfast has a large garden with views of the Wiltshire countryside. With freshly cooked breakfasts, it also has free Wi-Fi and bright, spacious rooms. The pretty town of Bradford-on-Avon is 2 miles away and has restaurants, shops and tea rooms. The centre of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 15 minutes’ drive. The light, airy rooms at Stillmeadow all feature a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a fridge. Each room’s private tiled bathroom has a hairdryer, and there is free tea and coffee provided. Breakfasts are served in the traditional dining room, whilst the relaxing lounge has an open log fire. There are real ales and seasonal food at Winsley’s village pub, 5 minutes’ walk away. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking and cycling, with secure bike storage provided at Stillmeadow. Excellent friendly family run b&b with lots of personal touches you would normally only expect at a much more expensive hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The owners were lovely and couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome.

A great location, very peaceful, family room was spacious and very comfortable. Hospitality was second to none and Bollie the dog made the stay for the kids even more special. We have been back a week and the the talking point is still Bollie and not our trips to Cheddar or Longleat Safari. I can't fault Stillmeadow and will look to rebook when we are back in the area either as family or couple.

- Sue and Ed welcome you with open arms, like if you were at home. - Best breakfast you'll have, plenty of choice and everything fresh made and healthy. - Free wifi. I have to be really picky to find some negative points: - Breakfast ends at 9am. Too soon for our south european habits... - Better blinds on the room's window would be welcomed - Far away from the trains station, make sure you have a car/bike.

We have tremendously enjoyed our stay. The house , the garden are all very beautiful . Thelocation is close to many attractions and in a beautiful surrounding. The owners are very friendly and make us feel at home. I would love to go back there again fir future holidays.

We were made to feel very welcome. The home was spotless, attractive, well maintained, peaceful in a pleasant rural setting but convenient to both Bath and Bradford-on-Avon. The food and facilities and services provided were all of the best quality down to the last detail. A great experience.

Very friendly greeting and nice social breakfast area, shared with other guests which was lovely. Room lovely and clean and well appointed. Altogether a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The beautiful well kept wildlife friendly grounds and surroundings were well kept and interesting . The proprietors were friendly very welcoming and the comfortable accommodation. Lets not forget the family pet dog. A really nice time for our overnight stay.

Staying at Still meadow was like staying with family, it made our trip very relaxed and stress free. Sue and Ed were amazing hosts and made us an excellent breakfast every day, we especially enjoyed the company of their dog Bollinger :) The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious, the location was perfect as we needed to be at Cumberwell golf club each day, we travelled into Bath each night for dinner and it took us just 15 minutes to get there. Still meadow is set in beautiful grounds, definitely one to remember :) Would recommend asking for the king size room if sharing a bed as we found the double a bit small, but it was beautifully cozy we are just spoilt normally with having a big bed at home.

Sue who owns Stillmeadow was so friendly, ., Breakfast was exceptional and .the bed was very comfortable,Everything was thought of ..plenty of tea, coffee etc in room and lots of toiletries in bathroom. Would definately recommend
