Meals were of a good standard and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were dissapointed in the shape of the bedroom as we were in room 200 and as it was at the end of the building on the second floor we had the sloping roof over the bed, which you could easily bang your head on if you got up during the night. I know this down to the design of the hotel but if we came again we would request another room.

Junior suite was large enough, smart and clean. Reasonably well appointed. Wifi signal good, and free. Service faultless and, for what is basically an upmarket pub with rooms, the food was excellent - not quite fine dining but certainly a good gastro pub quality. Pretty impressive overall and for that price, in that area, it is great value for money. Shower was an over-bath job. I prefer a walk-in style. Apart from that, there was very little to criticise at all.

The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely with nice touches like molton brown goodies in the bathroom! The location was great, 5 mins from Legoland and 10 mins from the centre of Windsor.. Overall a great place to stay, would definitely visit again.

It is in very nice area, nice large and clean rooms. We have been there only for few hours, but didn't find really anything negative worth mentioning. At breakfast there was maybe 5 people, but it took them 20 minutes to prepare coffee and tosts, and were in hurry.

The location and friendly attitude of the staff. The fact that they allocated a quiet room to be away from a disco that was taking place although I was not aware of it when booking, very thoughtful!

Quiet Location and friendly staff. Good sized room with lots of natural light. The big territory meant you could have a pleasent stroll around the hotel without leaving it. The hotel would be better for children if it had a Playground area within its territory.

the only reason we came was because of an invitation to a wedding at the hotel. The venue met my expectation as a guest. It is not in an area I would normally have cause or reason to visit but we enjoyed our brief stay and the food at the reception was excellent.

The location is great for a legoland visit. The gorunds outside are also ideal to relax in and for the children to run about in during the evening after a day out. The hotel was very clean, and the quality of the fittings was excellent. The staff were polite and very helpful. Not so much a complaint as a dissapointment! We had 2 rooms, one for me and my two young children and one for my 2 nephews of 16 and 21. The rooms were very hot, it was a hot night, but there is no air conditioning. We had to open the window, but our room was straight out on to the flat roof where all the plant/machinery was for the kitchen extraction etc and was therefore very noisy and kept us awake. The room was not good for that reason - too hot and then very noisy. The rooms overlooking the flat roof need air conditioning now! Also, there was a private pary and we were asked to move away from the area of the garden the children were playing in as it was needed for the party and it was also noisy late at night when trying to get the children to sleep.

We only stayed two nights but wished it could have been longer. We felt very relaxed, we had come to my cousins 50th wedding celebration and the luncheon celebration meal was most enjoyable. The weather was lovely and we were able to be outside in your lovely grounds for pre-meal drinks. The service for the meal was very efficient and the staff very polite and presentable. Everybody seemed to enjoy their chosen meal and all in all it was a most enjoyable two days, so thank you and who knows we may come again and would readily recommend your hotel. We were impressed with all the little extras in the room.

For us, visiting family in Bracknell the hotel was perfectly situated just a 5 minute drive away yet away from the noise and bustle of the town. We all had a superb dinner there one evening, reasonably priced and served in a friendly but professional manner. The gardens at the hotel, although close to the road, were very well kept and pleasant. The staff were all lovely and we were made very welcome. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel as my nephew had his wedding there. It was a beautiful venue for a wedding. The gardens and terrace were perfect on a summer day and evening. The staff were professional and helpful and the food and service was of a very high standard. The stayed with other family members and all of our rooms were a little small but comfortable and well decorated and furnished and the bathrooms were of a good standard. Our room had a lovely view of the gardens. We had a great stay and we are planning to return as it is an ideal place to stay for visiting Windsor. Although the quality of the mattress and pillows was adequate I did not find them very comfortable but I am used to a different mattress and feather pillows. We also had blankets and sheets in our room but there were quilts in others and I would have preferred a quilt.

Hotel was well located for Legoland which is where we had spent the day. Food was excellent and the service was very good too. Garden was well looked after and a welcome space for the boys to run around before a long journey up North!
