Room was too hot It did not even have a chair in the room nor anywhere to put anything Could not open a window but could hire a fan if you wanted one

Very close to Luton Station with staff calling a taxi to transport to airport early morning - which arrived on time.

Very noisy other guests until 2.30 am!!! I had also booked a night on my return but I wouldn't get in until the early hours of the morning. I inadvertently put my arrival date as the actual date I would arrive (5/6) a few days later I realised what I had done and that I should have booked for the evening before I actually arrived (not rocket science I admit). Very helpful staff at booking.com tried to get Easy Hotel to change the booking to the 4/6 but they refused and so my money was lost. For that reason I will not be staying there again and have transferred to ibis which is better value for money I now realise.

Location - with easy access to the Train Station

The staff were unfriendly, the room lacked the basic comforts and the room had a horrible smell. The shower was awful, so bad I didn't use it.

No directions on how to get there on the website. Buses direct to hotel were very infrequent, so had to bus then train there. Room was incredibly hot and we could not turn it down ourselves.

Tiny airless bedrooms, I sat in reception for most of night.was supposed to have window but reception said no spare rooms available! Worst night I have ever spent and it cost £39!!! Please reply.

When I was there it was the night of the Luton Carnival and the hotel had some very noisy people who partied and shouted until after 2am

No power socket. This hotel is not ''cheap and cheerful'' but dreadful ... Even have to pay for a tv remote ...forget that, go to the pub ! I have never ever stayed in a place this poor and will never use easyhotel again - the Kuwait Airways of the 'hotel' trade.....

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and practical, staff helpful and friendly.

the room would be better with a small table for alarm clock phone reading glasses, etc. The room was only single glazed on a main road so was very noisy at times.

Everything, great value for money. Will recommend this chain to friends and family.

Paid £1.50 for Wifi but it wouldn't work. Kept stating something about no longer connected to server. Kept trying for the whole hour.

Price-quality tradeoff is more than fair, and it is also very well located if you arriving or departing from Luton airport very early or very late. In those cases this hotel will make your trip more comfortable.

The hotel is well located, so there are a number if venues to more than compensate for the hotel's lack of facilities; Gymn, restaurants, breakfast cafe, free car paring after 18:00.

Rooms are very small, with some not having windows. Wifi is an additional cost. TV service could be better.

I really enjoyed my short stay in this hotel. It clean, cosy, quite and comfortable. That's all what you need for good rest before or after your travel in Luton airport - clean bathroom, comfortable bad, nice staff. Taxi for airoport cost 7 pounds and jorney last just 10 minutes. If you don't have night flight yo can easy reach the airport by bus - about 15 minutes.

There are no window in the room. If it important for you and you feel not comfortable in close area check it in advance. For me it's ok.

Practical, near the airport. Considering the general bad quality and services in uk, it was quite decent.

No free wi fi . No free television. Too much essential or "easy" for his cost.

Felt like a prison cell...no windows

It was clean and very quiet. I could not hear any traffic or anything. It is very close to the railway station and Luton airport. I paid £35 for one night which wasn't too bad these days. I could not find anything wrong at all. If you want a clean & quiet room for the night then you can´t go wrong.

I didn´t dislike anything at all. The only thing I don´t like are people that write poor reviews of a perfect hotel!
