It was close to airport, had all needed for a trip that you dont spend much time in the room. Clean bedding and shower room, also had shower gel. Good eating and drinking places near by. Felt like a safe enough area. Had shopping mall very close. No real complaints as we are very easy going and cleanliness is most important. However the rooms are very small and we booked one without window as it was just a qick bed for the night. The heating was on full blast and no control in the room. But when I asked at reception the staff turned it down. However there was a shift change during the night and that person must have put it back up full so woke up sweating from the heat. A couple of times we went to reception to ask something or check out and there was no one there for at least 5 mins. This is more a security issue for them and someone in a hurry maybe would not have been pleased with this. But no real worry for us. |

You have everything you need. I don t know what it s with the window, since it doesn t open i think i spend 5 pounds for nothing. The air in the room was too cold and it came in with a food smell. You could easily hear what your neighbours are doing and saying. |

Near to airport and main train station in Luton. Misleading information that bus stop to airport is just to the right from hotel main entrance. Bus is not driving form that in several years now (since 2005). Curtain in the badroom should be transparent - I stuck my head in a washbasin when i tried to bend me to wash my feet. I think hotel director should try to wash himself there to see the problem . Hotels cancellations politik is very different to common practice and no changes of reservation are possible - read it carefully before booking. |

close to station and shopping centre. firstly when me and my boyfriend walked in the smell of toilet really knocked us back. the young girl at the desk who looked like a chav was alone but had her other chav friends hanging with her. we went into the room that was a sauna, no room to move and no tv!! you have to pay £5! just to watch t.v!! however luton train station is 2 minutes away and shopping centre, i do not recommend anyone staying here. |

Nothing in this plastic tins. Failure to adjust the air conditioning and temperature. Too many doors in the hallway. Cable TV does not work even if you want to pay extra. |

The location is good, and it was clean with all the basic facilities. It is modern in design. The price is very good. The room was very small and the walls are too thin, so you can hear all the noise from the other rooms. The bed was uncomfortable. |

Absolutely nothing, the room was excessively small and we had no bed linen or towels Lack of space and clean bed linen & towels. It was not until 5am when i went to the desk that we got a clean towel, there was never a cover for the duvet. The room was so hot and airless that it was difficult to sleep |

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are modern, absolutely spotless, small but comfortable. I like the easyjet/easycruise cabin style, it gives the atmosphere. Nothing. It was perfect. |

The room had only a bed, which is fine for a short stay. The hotel has a agreement with a taxi company and from the airport to the hotel is only 5.5 pounds. Close to the train station and bus stops. Although there is a place very near to have breakfast, it would be nice if they would serve it in the hotel. |
