On arrival very friendly helpful greeting on reception. Informed I had been upgraded which was very pleasant surprise. Only stayed the one night but enjoyed the stay immensely. Thought the breakfast was excellent too! my only 2 complaints were that the television was not receiving the signal properly and kept freezing which was a pain but not serious. My only other gripe was a noise insulation problem with room overhead, everytime the occupant walked across his room sounded very noise. |

I thought the staff were very friendly and all in all the facilities were very good and what a great location I stayed in room 71 and the noice from the next door extractor fan kept me awake at times. The walls are also quite thin as i was disturbed by the people next to my room. |

I thought the staff were exceptionally helpful, both at reception and in the dining room/bar. Meals were excellent and views from the dining room very peaceful. Sorry I didn't get time to try out the spa :-( maybe next time. Wireless access not available in all rooms. Staff very helpfully moved me to a different room so that I could avail of internet access, as I was staying on business. This problem may have only been a temporary one though. |

The staff were excellent, accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself has just been refurbished and is light & welcoming. The free WIFI was very helpful, while the gym and pool are very good. Also, you get a fabulous view from the restaurant. |

Some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I have met. Hotel is clean and comfortable and the furniture is of a high standard. The gym has a good range of equipment and the pool is of a decent size. The position of the hotel is excellent for both town and beaches and has a lovely view. Take your ear plugs because the sound insulation between rooms is not that great. Cooked breakfast was on the dry side, as if it had been kept warm for far too long. |

I very much enjoyed the hotel itself, its decor and ambience. Many friends have recommended your hotel in the last year. I found the dinner experience appauling. Having been brushed passed a number of times i then asked to be seated. It then went from bad to worse. |

The gardens and surroundings.Nice decor and standard of cleanliness. It was pleasantly informal and relaxed. The in room complementry's were generous. The spa changing rooms need to be bigger to accomodate outside members as well as guests. |

We had a partial sea view room. It was spacious and in a very good condition. The bathroom was a little bit cold, but apart from that we were content with everything. |

A lovely relaxing atmosphere Our room was very very hot - only way to ventilate was to open patio doors but as on ground level, we couldn't do this whilst in bed and therefore were too hot to sleep. |
