I was very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The staff and service received whilst there was of a very high standard. I couldn't fault it at all.

Friendly service excellent staff good location

I slipped in the bath - not seriously - due to cleaner not being rinsed
off .Bottoms of curtains were mouldy. Food not up to standard - Sunday
evening - you were very busy but fish was over cooked and food not hot

We only stayed for one night while we were attending our daughter's university tour. The hotel was a delightful discovery and we will definiteley be returning for longer stays.

We were there for a wedding reception, which was catered for very well.

The showers could be a lot better.

Freindly staff, good location. Clean and comfortable room. nice swimming pool. nice restaurant. nice gym.

Chairs and carpet in dining room were a bit stained. Sauna didn't work very well. Changing room in the spa could have been cleaner.

The staff were great, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The fondant potato, which appeared on a number of items on the menu, was
very strange and certainly not a fondant potato.

Location was lovely with nice views from the public areas. Stayed for a wedding which was well organised with good food and helpful staff.

Quite expensive bearing in mind there was no air conditioning - definitely something that they need - and very basic toiletries. Perhaps better value if you are using the spa facilities. Also, the toilet paper ran out in the ladies toilets in the bar area in the evening - not something you expect in a decent hotel!

The location was good, the room itself was very clean, the food was not bad and the evening meal was much better than the breakfast food.

Hearing people moving around until 2 am in the morning and not being able to sleep, not having enough towels or shampoo and having to ask for them. The room itself was quite small. Not being able to always have a shower because the water was running too hot.

clean and modern decor pleasant staff

window jammed shut room was like a suna for 2 nights. staff did teir best but didnt seem to be able to deal with thesituation or offer an alternative room. the management did not apologise on departure or seem too bothered about the problem.
