Totally comfortable, large triple bed + en suite. A stone's throw from the city centre (maybe 1 mile) and the airport's like 2 miles away. We met two members of staff and they were both friendly guys. Breakfast wasn't so great. I think a radio in the corner or something would be a good addition because it was so strangely quiet when I ate! |

It's proximity to Luton airport and to the town centre and to J10 of the M1. It's very conveniently located I thought that the 'continental breakfast' was very poor and hardly worthy of the name. In addition to what was provided, I would have expected some slices of ham and cheese also, to me that would have been a bare miniumum. |

The staff were extremely helpful on check in and in ordering a taxi for me for an early trip to the airport the next morning. The room had a heater with its own controls so I could set it to the temperature I required. Although near a busy road, the windows provided great soundproofing. I could hear the person in the next room snoring! |

I enjoyed my stay at the Stockwood Hotel, rooms were nicely presented and seemed to be clean, although we didn't spend much time at all within the hotel. The staff were more than happy to help and I found they were first rate. The price reflects the accommodation standard of the hotel. |

Free easy parking, close to location we needed to be, inc.breakfast, super size bed, starched crisp bed sheets, tea making facility in room.Quiet considering central on two roads. Dirty worn carpets, pungent sewage smell, no lift, no bath, no towel rail or hooks.Coffee at breakfast in open bowl and not good taste.Take your own soap etc.Found much better value elsewhere but cant complain as emergency booking and all straight forward. |

Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, the mattress was exactly the right firmness for my ailing back, the hotel is only a short walk from town restaurants and only a short drive from the airport. If you don't mind a decor that is slightly worn and don't have luggage that is too large for the smaller-sized rooms, it is good value. Our twin-room faced the street, traffic was loud until about 2am, possibly other rooms are quieter. Water in our sink took long to drain off, bathroom is very small but ok and clean. |

Very clean and comfortable. Crisp white sheets, good value. Breakfast is continental and you'll pay for any extra, but good value only an hour from London and near the Airport at Luton |
