Accomodating cyclists - allowed bicyles in rooms. All facilities that I needed including food nearby, beverages and some vending if required. No poridge available at breakfast, much healthier than cereals. Single room not cheaper than a twin room.

The room was very clean The shower was excellent, powerful and hot The bed felt clean and fresh Breakfast was very good, plentiful and good choice There was a 'smoking room' available, which was the main reason for booking - this makes all the difference especially during winter months!! Smoking in rooms is abolished as from today which is very disappointing. It would be a good idea to allocate at least a couple of rooms for smokers or at least an indoor area which could be used.

The friendly welcome of the staff and the excellent wheelchair accessible room faciilities. For someone travelling who has a disability it is not always easy to find good quality bedroom and bathroom facilities. It takes the worry out of hotel visiting. It made our visit all the more enjoyable.

We have stayed a few times and we have always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the common areas are inviting. We thought the breakfast buffet was quite nice and the staff made sure it was cleaned and topped up. The scrambled eggs were a little over done but other than that, we thought it was a very nice hotel.

The room was nice and clean. Also the location was good for what we wanted. The staff weren't very helpful or welcoming apart from one. The breakfast was poor with no hot food out. We asked and it was cooked for us but was given wrong order and was poor quality. Which was disappointing as it was the included breakfast which made us chose your hotel.

It was fairly clean throughout and I was offered a late check out for free but didn't want to extend my stay! The rooms, although clean, were dated! No flat screen tv, dated pictures and furniture and the room was absolutely freezing even after a heater was supplied! There is no facilities offered and you have to go to a pub next door if you want a hot meal. Tell a lie there is food in the hotel in the form of a small shop selling sausage rolls and kitkats etc- reminicent of a school tuck shop! There is even a communal microwave-not the usual hotel reception decor one is use to! Unsuprisingly I didn't try this out! This hotel is next to a large football stadium!

It was convenient for the motorway and therefore a good place to break our journey. It is priced for business people with expense accounts and is pretty expensive for ordinary people on a budget. For the price I would have expected more in the way of complimentary toiletries.

Excellent, nice & quiet (even though its near a busy road),comfortable bed, great location (right next to the Brit). Only £6/£7 from Stoke-on- Trent train station & £12 to Hanley for a night out boogieing down £20 after midnight. The tv was out of date to say the least & the list of channels woah!!!! Prison cells have a better variety.

It's so close to the town, Stole-On-Torent. We would like to the Water World, it took only less than 15 minutes by car from the Hotel.
