Good value for the price, I took the upgrade for a room at the back which was quiet. Easy to find, ample parking, staff friendly although bar area was basic and TV was not tuned in properly so it had a poor picture. |

I was working 10 minutes away so location was good for me. Internet was free (if you have your own laptop). Staffing was poor, generally its a bit run down. Rooms to the front very noisy being on the main road between Birmingham and Coventry. |

The staff were great, frindly and more than helpful the food menu let the hotel down big time.. it was a snack menu and not mutch if main meals to chose from, the actual restaurant was closed and the only place to eat was the bar, they advertise a curry night on a Wednesday, its hardly a curry night they put a curry on as a special and thats it, very dissapointing |

Room was perfectly adequate and clean. I requested an iron and ironing board and it took 1hr to be delivered, which nearly made me late for a business appointment and meant that I had rush my breakfast. Besides this the Hotel was perfectly fine. |

Nothing flash but good value for money. Staff could do with a little customer service training, waiter in the restaurant for breakfast obviously did not want to be there. |

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the general room condition was good and not too noisy considering its proximity to the A45. I didn't like the bathroom in the room, possibly the smallest shower I have ever been in, and it was literally a squash to get in the thing. It was difficult to move without touching one side or another or more often turning the water off unintentionally. I was there for 5 days and twice during the period the fire alarm went off, no big deal other than this was 06:30ish in the morning! The sheet had a hole in it otherwise appeared clean and one of the towels was slightly stained otherwise appeared clean. |

The staff were friendly. The location was a little awkward. The hotel was poorly run, i.e. on the night, all the chefs phoned in sick, and the quality of the food was poor. We were given, what was really a single room, when I booked a double. When I mentioned it in the morning the receptionist said, i should have told him, he would have changed the room. I thought that he should have known, without me pointing out the fact. The supervisor spent most of her time apologising, which is never a good sign. |
