Tous les enfants de moins de 2 ans séjournent à titre gracieux pour l'utilisation de la literie disponible dans la chambre des parents.
Tous les enfants de moins de 2 ans sont facturés 10,00 GBP par nuit pour l'utilisation des lits bébés.
Tous les enfants de 2 à 12 ans sont facturés 16,50 GBP par nuit pour l'utilisation des lits d'appoint.
Tous les enfants plus âgés ou adultes sont facturés 26,50 GBP par nuit pour l'utilisation des lits d'appoint.
Le nombre maximum de lit d'appoint en chambre est égal à 2.
Le nombre maximum de lit bébé en chambre est égal à 1.
Les lits d'appoint sont uniquement disponibles sur demande et ils doivent être confirmés par l'hôtel.
Les suppléments ne sont pas automatiquement calculés dans le montant total de la réservation et ils doivent être réglés séparément à l'hôtel.
Dépôt de garantie
Un prépaiement fixé à 50 GBP par chambre sera prélevé par l'hôtel à la réservation et il est remboursable selon les conditions d'annulation.

Good food. Friendly staff My room was directly opposeite the door to the stairs which every time someone opened it banged very loudly against a radiator. this banging occurred until the early hours, making it difficult to get a sustained nights sleep. |

The staff were very friendly, especially Kathy who was very helpful all the time. The pool area could have been a little better, like maybe son loungers or table. Also it could do with some blinds instead of viewing the car park out of the window. |

Hotel was well signposted and impressive on the outside. Restaurant was good, evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Room was small and booked room was not available despite calling to confirm. Floors are noisy and noise from the function suites carried to the room. Bed was very uncomfortable |

The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. The peace & quiet very relaxing. The food was excellent. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Being picky - the lift was rather small. |

Nothing at all. It was an horendous experience. This hotel totally missed the point. Could not check in at the designated time room not ready. Staff not very friendly. Bedroom in a poor state of repair,Tiles missing and broken in bathroom, lot of mould also. Had loud music bellowing out,right below are room. Then to top it off we had water pouring through are ceiling. Had to get out of bed and then relocated to another room, that was no better. Photo's have been taken of both rooms has evidnce to send off to the Hotel standards agency. Would never of recommended it three star's and at £95.00 an night what an insult to the weary traveller. |

Great Location, good size of room, awesome food Requested a room on the ground floor as had a pram with young baby, was allocated a room 2 flights of stairs up and up and down another set of stairs once on the 2nd floor...the lift is too small to fit a pram in with a carry cot attched to the top. Great stay apart from this real inconvenience that took the edge of the stay...in the hotels defence however, we did not complain about this as it had been a long day, and we did not have the energy or will to start our holiday with any issues...so we mus take responsibility for the issue also!! |

The evening meal each time we had it was not only fantastic food,but the speed at which it was served was just perfect Being a self employed handyman I see everything, I actually fixed somethings in the hotel room myself.There were things in the room and around the hotel that could easily have been dealt with at a very small cost, example the toilet door downstairs only needed a coat of paint. |

The hotel was clean and the staff were reazlly helpful. The rooms were way to hot, which lead to everyone being extremely uncomfortable. The beds were also quite uncomfortable. |
