Owners were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we had ever had. Bed was very comfortable and hot tub was a brilliant feature.
We were only stopping over for a night, but we had a wonderful room, and a lovely walk to get dinner at The King's Arms in Askrigg. And the breakfast ... was fantastic. We would definitely return if the opportunity arises!
The general ambience was brilliant and it is a wonderful and slightly alternative (in a good way) place to stay.
Nothing about Stoney End that I can think off, but it is a bit of a hike to the pub although fine if you have a torch (provided).
Pamela and Mike gave us a warm welcome, the b&b is very cosy, our bedroom was very comfortable, (we loved the huge bed!), the breakfast was delicious and the hotub was good fun!!. I couldn't believe it when I arrived in our room and found a couple of chocolates waiting for us as one of them was my all time favourite..."diplomat", gorgeous!. If you like staying in the countryside you will love it here, don't hesitate to book!
Full of character, furnished n decorated to a very high standard just the most amazing choice of breakfast from full English to fresh fish very friendly n helpful hosts n Hot Tub!!!
That I couldn't stay longer as they were fully booked, no surprise.
Very comfortable bed with a topper, and good quality linen
Lack of ventilation (windows) in room we had.
An excellent quite get away in a perfect location to visit the Dales
Excellent facilities and service. Wonderful breakfast available until 10am.
The fence by the hot tub needs to be 12 inches lower in order to better view the hills.
The owners were very king & nothing was too much trouble & made us feel very much at home
We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful B&B. The hot-tub is a fabulous perk and we would highly recommend a stay here.
All was very good, nothing negative to say!
The service and overall standards of the place were excellent and will definitely been revisiting.
Very friendly and made to feel welcome Excellent breakfast and amenities, bath robes and slippers a luxurious touch. Wonderful bed and bedding and great views from the room. Lovely location with 20 minute stroll to village of Askrigg
The breakfast was fantastic as were the views.
Nothing bad to say.
Very good bed, good quality pillows, excellent tea and coffee facilities, excellent toiletries, hosts very good people.
Climbing stairs to bedroom hanging on to a rope, toilet smelt a little sometimes, furniture very strange.
The whole experience was about relaxation.
