This is a great hotel for politicians, their staff and visitors. As a member of the public I felt out of place.
I loved the restaurant and the food. All the staff were friendly and helpful
The only thing I wasn't comfortable with was the room lighting - The brightest light was the bathroom and the light in the room wasn't the best of lights to work on - a good light near the mirror would have been useful
nothing; very satisfied
Bed was very comfortable
One window lock was broken and therefore did not open. Grouting in shower was dirty on lower part of tiles. Soap dish was missing from sink which made using soap difficult.
Lots of parking available
Could not get hot water in the shower. Slow service in the restaurant
Great location, good value for money and the comfiest bed ever.
i liked the fact that satff are very helpful , the area is very nice and not too far out of town , the food is wonderful ,, basically liked all about our stay and look forward to going back
Check in too late
Pedestrian access. From front of hotel to walk out to main road was dangerous due to lack of footpath or signage inside the hotel to direct pedestrians another route
location, bar, comfy bed. good food. wood def return.
food and drink a little pricey.
Very good reception people and showed that they cared what we put in the booking request. Brilliant room which was most comfotable
ambiance reception 99 out of 100. We had problems with access to our bedroom which was quickly resolved by very attentative staff who incidentally were to hand. Breakfast staff very attentative and friendly.
brealfast - full breakfast a little below par for this class of hotel. overcooked bacon. 10day old fried eggs (I am an egg specialist!)
Location and staff attention. I would go back again
can't think of anything. The weekend was cheaper - during the week you would be competing in price with the Stormont high-flyers (I think)
The service in the restaurant was extremely slow, to the point of our being ignored. Other tables we looked after but ours didn't seem to be anybodies responsibility!
the staff were lovely an so was the hotel itself will be back again 100%
i thought the breakfast could have been better dont like when it sits out for ages gets tough an dry
The beds, shower, and a good restaurant
A loud wedding party woke me up at 3am
Beautiful location , accommodation and facilities superb. Ample fresh breakfast and restaurant was delicious. Staff are extremely helpful.
Good quiet location but close to city.
Was put in room which had door to adjoining room through which every conversation could be heard.
Room comfortable. Bus stop at the front of hotel. Bar n cafe onsite
Took 3 hours to be able to check in.
Staying in the Thomas Andrews Suite, due to normal booked room being unavailable. Spacious and comfortable if a little over the top.
Poor lighting. The desk area appeared to have no provision for lighting at all and reading or writing was impossible.
comfort level of room and pleasant lobby for tea and lovely restauarant
Late night noise from wedding guests who relocated for loud conversations - shrieks and laughs in the carpark below my room. Plus early morning wake up with coach arriving in carpark and travellers trailing wheelie cases over the cobbles to the coach to be greeted by hughely enthusiastic and loud tour guide. not conducive to a restful sleep!!
Location was excellent, and the receptionist was very helpful, and supplied us with a load of information.
The shower, and sink in the bathroom were moldy. The bedroom carpet had stains on it, and there was a hole in the floor; plus cracked plaster on the wall near the window.
rooms beautiful and comfortable Bus access great to city centre Good breakfast buffet
The cost of a slice of toast & a cup of tea!!!
Comfort of the room Cleanliness Great toiletries Friendly and helpful staff Very nice bistro
