Staff were friendly and welcoming, rooms were comfortable, beds amazing, bathroom great.
Room service. Food was cold. Soup cool and side plate with butter - but no roll!!
Staff were amazing, so accommodating and welcoming. Nice location and good facilities.
Free parking Spacious room Friendly staff
A bit far out from town if that is where you want to go!
Good sized, comfortable rooms. Nice location opposite Stormont Castle.
Slow service in dinner restaurant. Some breakfast staff inattentive, and cooked food not very warm.
Stay at this hotel on a regular basis, always friendly, comfortable rooms and excellent service.
Huge hotel, with big, immaculate, modern rooms & ensuites, huge comfy beds & pillows, wifi, plasma on the wall, complimentary tea / coffee / biscuits / toiletries and lovely fluffy towels! Lovely big hotel lounge and bar, staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food in Bristro was delicious. I would definately still here again!
Wifi is free in lounge/lobby/bistro after registering but it costs extra to have it in your room which is not cheap! I was lucky though as I had a ground floor room and the free wifi from the lobby area stayed connected and reached in my room.
Room was nice & big Nice robes, coffee etc
No hair dryer in the room - I had to go to Reception to pick one up The shower was faulty throughout my stay even after I reported the fault Quite frankly I would have been better off without the upgrade - the attention to detail was simply not there in the upgraded room
smell in the bathroom
La scala restaurant was pleasant
No air conditioning. High cost of breakfast. Children running around public areas making noise late into the evening.
Staff were really lovely, very clean and smart hotel.
There was no air conditioning which would normally be ok but the weekend we stayed was very hot.
No air con, which made the room too hot windows could not be left open due to traffic noise, no mini bar no wifi in the room only in the lobby all of which you would expect of a 4 star.
Gorgeous room Close proximity to Belfast City Airport and sight-seeing
That we were only there for one night!
Lovely hotel with friendly staff would stay again. comfiest bed ever.
Most helpful staff, Callum in particular.
Room just a little shabby, curtain hooks broken, curtain dusty. Window catches broken. One of two shower heads not working. Central heating turned off.
Average breakfast tho at a discount price

Early morning (5.00am)and noisy Security sweep for a Political meeting in the Hotel, but this was an unusual event! Should have kept the windows closed.
Bistro shabby. Food average. Tables too close together. Cobwebs in bedroom.
The room was excellent , very impressed with the size of the bed. Very helpful staff at the reception counter with some great advice
Outlook from the conservatory at breakfast

Loved our stay again grrat way to celebrate our 10th anniversary :-)
Nothing everything was perfect
Room a good size and a very comfortable bed.
Reception on arrival poor and had to wait awhile to be seen too. There was only one person ahead of us. When helped, unfriendly. Breakfast does not reflect the charge, no fruit and limited cereal range.
Clean, spacious bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and courteous staff. Nice atmosphere. Lovely food
Didn't like the shower for people with disabilities as I don't have any disabilities as far as I know and the water went everywhere
good food, nice rooms
£4 for a coffee?
We loved our stay at The Stormont. Wonderful room, fantastic staff, great dinners at bistro, bus into city at front door, across the road from magnificent Stormont Estate
