The meal we had in the evening was made all the better by the attentive and very prompt service. Many tasks seemed to be done on the 'double'. The bar and lounge area are very comfortable and pleasant to sit in, as is the mezzanine area. The room was excellent - particularly the shower.Bar staff were particularly attentive and helpful. I was a little disappointed by breakfast (for which I had to pay extra). I had to specifically ask for tea and coffee when I would have expected it to be offered at the table. The soda bread was toasted rather than fried and there were no fried eggs.

It was convenient for visits to my family and easy to travel to from Belfast City Airport. The staff were helpful and welcoming and my room was perfectly adequate for my purposes. The room would benefit from having a small fridge and a much better shower.

The room was very comfortable and, on Fridaya night. was very quiet. The restaurant had a wide and varied menu and the service was good. Didn't like the noise and fighting on Saturday night and this spoiled our stay.

The hotel was in a very nice part of Belfast and being a little out of the city made it easy to access the roads. The bus service into the city being at the front was excellent.

the staff were excellent, the room was fabulous . the only down fall was i did not have free wifi in my room, i thought the price to access it was excessive, so i did not use it.any other hotel i stayed in had it free of charge included in the room hire.it would actually be a deciding factor of me staying there again as for the next two years as i will be in Belfast several times over the next 24 months

The cost of breakfast is ridiculosly expensive. We did not want a full Irish so value for money was poor. Please introduce a two tier cost.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Elegant surroundings. Good resturant and bar facilities. Nothing much, I felt they charged a little too much for hotel services. I had forgotten my toothpaste on my business trip. The staff were very helpful by I was charged £1.50 for a travel toothbrush I didn't need and a tiny amount of toothpaste. I feel they seem quite happy to provide soaps, shower gels etc in the room free of charge which probably hardly ever get used, why not do the same for emergency toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The setting was so impressive, next to the Stormont Castle and park, the weather happened to be hot and sunny throughout our stay and the evening was spent in the company of professionals who made us feel very much at home, a great success!

This hotel had a relaxed feel about it even although there was a feeling of efficiency about it. It was always possible to eat in the hotel no matter what time of day. The hotel obviously uses a number of websites to advertise its vacancies - unfortunately we booked with you, speaking to someone else who had booked with another website we discovered that we had paid £40 more each night for a double room and there was no breakfast for this tariff on your website.

Perfection in every way (nearly). Hotel is clean, roomy, open and light. Staff are courteous, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is far too expensive. At £16/head with a family of 4 that’s £64 ($101) per day just for breakfast!
