just another hotel.nice but nothing special, i always use hastings group first time in the stormont. still like the "ducks". you have to drive to the rear of the hotel to get to front door, confusing lay out, fire alarm went off at 1am, the hotel was evacuated, in the car park for 3/4 hour, no staff to keep us updated, wedding in the hotel, noise and running about all night, did not sleep that night and had a long drive in the morning, breakfast expensive. |

Location and price were ideal for me. Room was of good size and condition, although toilet facilities were designed for invalid. Seemed strange and not ideal especially shower See above. Also noisy from party. My wife could not sleep |

The staff were great I had no bath which was shattering! My breakfast was £16 for a croissant and a tea which I thought was a bit much, but it was nice. |

The peaceful and relaxed environment both internal and external. The facilities were all superior. The fact that breakfast was not included in the room rate. |

Attractive, clean, comfortable; newer and more upscale than others we stayed in in Northern Ireland. |

The staff were very helpful and the service quick and efficient. The hotel was well appointed in all aspects. On my return at 23.45 on one of the nights i found that the bar was shut, which surprised me as the hotel information stated that the bar was open late. |

Excellent staff and service, great room. I was there for a business function - the room for the function (CQI) was wrongly signed and we had to cahse for tea/coffee. |

I had a super room with a very comfortable bed and good facilities, although I would have liked better control of the air conditioning. Body lotion would also have been welcome. Reception staff were not focussed or particularly interested. |

My guest room was extremely comfortable and was good for both working and resting. In particular, the bathroom was excellent and had probably the best shower I have ever found in a United Kingdom hotel. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. No pedestrian access from main road. Breakfast somewhat expensive. Wireless network provided by using BT vouchers which is expensive and not a great service - would be far better if hotel operated its own (hopefully free) wireless netwrok |

The friendliness of the staff, attention to detail and the luxury of the hotel all made this stay both relaxing and extremely enjoyable. I have told other colleagues about my experience at the Stormont hotel, the staff and the professional approach in all dealings. I feel that the staff at this hotel deserve recognition for a service extremely well provided. Not applicable!!! |
