Great friendly and helpful staff Good food Good clean room Near the airport

My visit was in relation to a forthcoming group visit in June, I was more than pleased with what I experienced on my one night stay. The Bistro Food was excellent as was the Breakfast I enjoyed the following morning. I found the Staff friendly and very helpful. I hope my Group will feel the same

Evening meal in the bistro was very good.

We thought £16 for breakfast was excessive. Our evening meal(starter and main plus glass of wine) only came to £20 each. Connecting door between rooms meant we could hear next door's TV and conversation.

Comfort, luxury, food, most staff were friendly

It was advertised as having free WiFi but when we got there we would be charged to use the WiFi. You need to pay for it at reception

Superb comfort. Bed was largest I've ever seen and shower was luxury. Large room size with quite a reasonable view (though of parliament house parking lot, not of the parliament house itself).

I cannot complain: This hotel really was fantastic.

The bedrooms were excellent. The staff in general, helpful. The location ideal for the City Airport and Stormont. The setting was beautiful

By British & Irish standards the room price was ott. The impression given was an establishment designed by proximity to Stormont to cater purely for subsidised officials and civil servants to whom costs are not significant. I would prefer if meals and accommodation costs were linked so that "at a glance" costs can be identified.

Hotel was excellent and it's located at a beautiful place. I enjoyed my stay there.

The openness and light and airy space as I walked in. Room was very comfortable and spacious.

There were no decaffinated coffee sachets in the room although there were decaffinated tea sachets

Very friendly and helpful staff without any hint of feigned interest or smarmyness. The food we had was lovely, we both had fish and it was clearly fresh and was also well served and presented. The interior of the hotel is striking, it's a good place to visit. I don't usually respond to surveys but I have been travelling extensively across the uk and Ireland over the last year and appreciate the positive points shown by The Stormont Hotel.

No Guiness! I know that the Hastings group has Murphy's stout so this is a minor point. It would have been good to get a sandwich in the foyer / bar area but again a minor point.

I liked everything about this hotel.

There wasn't anything about it that I didn't like.

New refurbishment, quality feel. Great bed and well equipped room.

No shaver point or trouser press and more importantly not a pint of guinness on sale in the bars..!

There was nothing I didn't like

Room very comfortable. The bar areas and seating area with the fire is absolutely lovely. A luxury feeling. Our room dining was very good. Lovely food.

Thought breakfast could have been included in price. Especially as it was a promotion offer.

Noise both morning and evening as I was trying to work in my room their was renovations going on. I asked to be moved but their was no other double room available
