* The hotel is in the heart of the English Lake District, on the shores of lake Windermere, in 17 acres of private grounds. Most bedrooms have lake views, others look over the gardens. *There are 2 restaurants and a traditional 'pub' style bar. The restaurants offer 2 different style menus, one informal and one with a fixed price 4 course menu; plus a traditional English Afternoon Tea. *Most bedrooms have lake views, or of the gardens. The hotel is a Grade II* Listed building, decorated in a traditional Country House style.
