Staff were welcoming. Disappointed with the standard of 'the superior double' booked. The bathroom was basic and only one small bottle of water was provided in the room. Breakfast was average. We left hotel early on the Sunday morning to go home - a first!

All of the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. we asked to move to a room without a connecting door and this was much better and we borrowed an ironing board and iron and this was provided immediately. Information was good. It was clean comfortable and everything worked as it should including heating which was controllable. Wine expensive and food good but no better than it ought to be (I do have high standards though).

The most striking thing about the Hotel was the friendly staff from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The facilities were excellent and the food was superb. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable 2 night break and with Dinner included on the first night it represented excellent value for money. Would recommend the Stourport Manor Menzies Hotel to anyone.

Staff were very attentive and extremely polite Rooms were excellent Excellent location in beautiful grounds On booking we did not ascertain if there was a lift available and we had a 90 year old in the group of 3. Staff offered a luggage service which we declined. Using mugs at breakfast - no where to put your teaspoon ( coffee was good)

Hotel very clean, quiet and spacious. Very attentive duty manager seemingly available at all hours of the day and night! He was very aware of all aspects of what was going on even down to how long you had been waiting at the bar to be served! Helpful friendly staff on arrival and nice comfortable rooms. Would recommend and i'm already planning my next stay! No dedicated smoking rooms

Staff were friendly. Room was modern and very clean. Location was convenient for me and parking was ample. Having free use of the health club was really nice and together with free wifi was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel The first night I was there the room was freezing. I asked about it at the hotel desk and they provided me with another duvet but failed to mention that although there was no thermostat in the room the radiator could be turned up. Once I found this out I was able to make the room comfortable. My only ongoing problem was that the shower was really wimpy. In combination with a cold room it was not possible to get it warm enough for a pleasant experience. You may do better to shower in the health club connected to the hotel. Despite this I would probably stay there again

We had an excellent break, very good food, relaxed in pool and saunas with friendly staff. Unfortunately chlorine level was high in pool on Saturday evening giving us both irritation to the eyes, however we both can be susceptable to this!

Very helpful and courteous staff throughout the hotel. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and we were particularly impressed by the way ther receptionist immediately broke off a telephone call to check us out quickly.Very good restaurant - some very interesting dishes on the menu. Cooked breakfast served at the table rather than a buffet. Room comfortable. Good leisure facilities although we did not use these. Free WiFi a bonus (although again we did not use). Very good value for the standard of the hotel and facilities provided. Two minor quibbles with the room. The lighting was a bit dim for reading etc and the bathroom looked a bit dated with a fixed shower head (makes hair washing difficult) and discoloured tile grouting.
