The rooms are large and accomodate evening office work well

There is a lone telegraph pole in the midst of the car park that becomes invisible when the sun is low and bright. Please do more to give better warning.

It was located right by my close friends.

The staff at breakfast were lazy and did not attend visitors in the manor you would expect. A group of staff were found chit chatting in the hall way entrance to the breakfast room whilst we waited for 15 minutes for coffee to be brought to our table which we had been informed would happen. After 15 minutes we had to go in search of a staff member to ask for coffee only to find the restaurant manager with the group who were involved in the idle chit chat with other staff members.

As with all previous visits it was a wonderful, relaxed and friendly few days

If they could only imporve the weather it would be perfect.

Dinner in the evening was poor, had to ask for veg as none came with the meal, qualiy of the meal was poor although staff were great and very helpful

Everything except the quality of the food served in the dining room. The room was extremely comfortable, and all the staff with whom we had dealings were efficient and very pleasant. This applies to staff in the hotel, the restaurant and the leisure complex.

We ate dinner and breakfast on both days. The standard of cooking was poor for a hotel of this quality, yet could so easily have been rectified by the chef.

Not much - cheap feel to whole experience. Employing young staff in restaurant whom do not have an idea. Budget, budget, budget, cheap,cheap,cheap.

Always friendly staff, excellent food and beautiful location

Helpful staff--great relaxed atmosphere making us totally at ease with 2 young children-----great facilities

Difficulty in getting an early evening drink-----no bar staff at 5pm !

The only fault was no elevator to 1st floor.

Restaurant menu and prices! Pretentious and just above complaint level. Cost of room £86. Cost of meal for two with a borrle of mediocre wine £90.

The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were helpful on reception, in restaurant and in the leisure centre. Food was lovely, especially breakfast. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was very nice and changing facilities were good.

The only problem was our shower which took ten minutes to warm up and one occassion was running for atleast twenty minutes and was freezing cold! This was dissapointing as the rest of our stay was brilliant.

Located on a hill overlooking Stourport. A 20 minute walk into town or 2 minutes in the car. Great pool and leisure facilities. Nice spacious room with 32 inch Samsung tv on the wall. I would definitely go there again.

The restaurant was very busy and we waited 20 minutes for our prebooked table. But it was worth the wait as the food was excellent.

The most striking thing about the Hotel was the friendly staff from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The facilities were excellent and the food was superb. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable 2 night break and with Dinner included on the first night it represented excellent value for money. Would recommend the Stourport Manor Menzies Hotel to anyone.
