Relaxing welcoming environment, the Christmas tree was stunning! The room was cold when I got there and took quite a while to warm up. |

the room was very good with both bath and separate shower and had good window views of the locality. The hotel was very central. We arrived by car and It was very difficult to pak and unload the luggage at the hotel. The hotel receptionist was most unhelpful in giving information e.g. the directions to the car park -surely a simple map could have been available as the way to the car park by car was quite complicated. One of the lifts was not working and again the directions to the other other available lift was not clear and we would have had difficulty finding it if we hadn't met a member of staff going there. |

The reception and Bar area look fantastic. There was a pool. The room got very cold which was very uncomfortable and the bed was not very comfortable. The Spa was very dissapointing. No steam in the steam room, smelt damp! Sauna was not hot and the aroma shower didn t smell. The aroma steam did but again no steam in the room. Was really dissapointed. |

great location, prompt room service, excellent bar, didn't have to pay for parking as the valet didn't move my car! reception are a bit slow and wheni tried to reserve a second room for some friends who decided to stay over I had to haggle hard to get the exorbitant price reduced to something like affordable then when my friends got to their room the shower didn't work and there was no milk for their coffee |

The hotel was friendly and clean and in a great city location. The room service was nothing short of shambolic, didnt get the tag off the door that i put there 14 hours before, then when i chased it up it turned up cold. And then they wanted to charge £20 per breakfast. |

Nothing due to the overall experience Staff attitude when faced with a problem with our room. The quality of the breakfast was poor and the length of opening for the meal was inadequate. The overall experience was very negative - it was 4am before we were able to get some sleep and were treated as leppers at the reception. Overall it ruined my partners 21st Birthday celebration. I booked this hotel as I was led to believe it was the best in the area. Complained at 4pm about the room heating system and it was 4am the following morning before any action was completed |
