the staff could not do enough for us.The bathroom and shower was fab.bed to die for,we nearly overslept for our checkout time.
Spa and bar/restaurant
public areas a little chilly
Everything about this hotel is super. This was our second visit for the University's graduation ceremony. Valet parking, buffet breakfast, cocktail bar, central location for easy walk to shops, good size bedrooms, and excellent service from all areas. Very well looked after at all times. Would not go past this hotel. 100% recommend
The spa the pool the gym and the whole hotel was beautiful
All good except room service not enough variety
£6.50 parking per night isn't a great deal when you are paying £100 per night to stay at the hotel
The pool and changing facilities. The sauna, steam room. Very good hair dryer in room, bath and shower, excellent breakfast and good location.
just noise on air conditioner.
Superb central location with views over the winter gardens. Spacious bedroom and good, clean bathroom with generous towels and toiletries.
Awful cooked breakfast with leather bacon, all elements left under heat for too long, went for continental instead which was very good . Staff on check in did not explain facilities i.e. pool and as there was a long queue of customers, did not ask and consequently did not use. Did not like having £50 put on my card to use around the hotel when I did not want this facility, then took 2 weeks to put the charge back on to my card.
Large rooms. Huge bed. Lovely location with nice view. Bathroom modern and could listen to the TV/Music/MP3 whilst in there. Aromatherapy shower and steam room really relaxing. Room had a fridge which was handy.
Room was quite stuffy as it didn't have a window which opened and the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. Bed a little too soft for us.
Everything was just perfect
Great swimming pool.
The room was amazing. Very spacious, clean and big. We had a bath and a walk in shower. The bed was huge and we had a fantastic view. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. They even had soya milk and offered me vegetarian sausages. Fabulous.
The only thing even slightly wrong was the lighting was a bit dim but we didn't mind that at all really.
The rooms were nice and clean, with plenty of room
We were not aware that we had to book an appointment for the spa
Very friendly and clean, nice atmosphere. Food was lovely and reasonably priced for the hotel.
Lack of parking unless you pay £23 for valet parking and it was freezing in the bar and restaurant! People were sitting in the bar with coats on! We ended up taking our drinks to our room which kind of defeated the point of a relaxing night away from the kids!
lovely building and amenities
no car park and not enough staff on check in, only one on and we had to queue about 4 deep
Stuart on reception was particularly helpful. We arrived in snow and were given a towel to dry off - a nice touch. Excellent location for City Centre
The size and view from the room
Staff very festive, good quick check in,
Very quiet, large, clean room - no residual outside noise. Good, knowledgable staff. Excellent location.
Poor exterior signage. Spent too long looking for the entrance of the hotel.
Location, very nice lobby, clean, comfortable room, good bar & restaurant. Will definitely use this hotel again if traveling to Sheffield.
location right in the centre, great view of the square.
the king bed i booked was two beds put together therefor wasn't very comfortable as there was a gap in the middle that made the bed feel uneven.
The location the wifi friendly stuff clean rooms spacious rooms beautiful view
The smell of tge laundry especially the towels.
Good sized room Helpful efficient staff Great location Super breakfast
Hotel room very warm even with a/c on lowest setting. Hairdryer blew up, although staff quick to replace this. Very slow somewhat dated television for a hotel of this calibre.
