Staff very festive, good quick check in,
Very quiet, large, clean room - no residual outside noise. Good, knowledgable staff. Excellent location.
Poor exterior signage. Spent too long looking for the entrance of the hotel.
Location, very nice lobby, clean, comfortable room, good bar & restaurant. Will definitely use this hotel again if traveling to Sheffield.
location right in the centre, great view of the square.
the king bed i booked was two beds put together therefor wasn't very comfortable as there was a gap in the middle that made the bed feel uneven.
The location the wifi friendly stuff clean rooms spacious rooms beautiful view
The smell of tge laundry especially the towels.
Good sized room Helpful efficient staff Great location Super breakfast
Hotel room very warm even with a/c on lowest setting. Hairdryer blew up, although staff quick to replace this. Very slow somewhat dated television for a hotel of this calibre.
The room was excellent. Apart from Saturday night at the bar, which is quite understandable, the service was very good. The dinner was good too but the breakfast was excellent.
We were really cold sitting in the bar area. There was a door leading directly outside from the bar seating area and every time the main door opened there was a blast of cold air. The friends who came to join us for the evening kept their coats on because they were so cold.
Excellent choice as city centre base- easy walk from the station and close to everything. I'd stayed at the Hilton last time - nice but further out. Room here was much bigger, and nice to have a separate shower.
Location was very central. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Very quiet although it is in the centre. Very welcoming staff. Nothing too much trouble.
Valet parking was £18 although I did know this before I booked. Alternative is a NPC 5 mins walk away.
Comfort, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, gym and pool facilities.
It would have been nice to have some hand/body lotion in addition to shower gel and shampoo.
Have stayed before on numerous occasions always excellent
When my husband and I need a night away from family life, we always book into this hotel. The staff, facilities and rooms are always of the highest standard ; that's why we return all the time.
Gorgeous bed, nice spacious room, lovely atmosphere in reception and rest of hotel.
The staff were helpful and very professional
I loved the location, staff, room facilities and spa facilities. All ok apart from the last night.
Noise travelled easily as drunk people returned from a party held in the hotel downstairs. There was a lot of noise from 2am onwards as they were too drunk to find their room! The hotel should have given these guests a floor of their own rather than having them intermingle with other guests who had to travel the next day!
Room very good Breakfast nice Staff very friendly and helpful
Paying 23 pounds for each of 3 days for the valet car park is excessive particularly when I only deposited it on the Monday and withdrew it on the Thursday but otherwise just left it.
Wasn't worth the price. Horrible smell, deceiving room and rubbish piled under beds
I stayed at this hotel many times. I like it a lot. The location is just perfect. It's near the train station, surrounded by different restaurants and in the heart of city center.
In my last stay, I didn't like, that there was a breeze of air inside my room. It was coming from the "thing" on the wall. Even the air condition was OFF!! If felt so cold. So when I went to bed every night I feel cold and the breeze hitting my face. Of course I got sick! and this made my uncomfortable! I told the staff, they didn't do much and they didn't explain why it happened.
On the road working its next best thing to home! Champagne cocktails
Bedroom comfortable and clean Champagne bar buzzy and busy Restaurant very good standard, service ok, choice of menu satisfactory. Central position Valet parking helpful £23 for overnight
Complimentary toiletries poor Drinks tray ok but not even a bottle of water
Everything was good, second time at this hotel and would definitely go back ,also brilliant location in the middle of the town
Staff were super, hotel facilities immaculate, room was the best we have ever stayed in. I can't praise this hotel enough! Just go!!
Nothing, everything was perfect :)
Great location; excellent facilities; great staff; fantastic breakfast; great spa & pool facilities.
The room had such a comfortable bed and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The staff here are efficient with a pleasant and helpful manner. The location is great for the theatres and the centre of Sheffield.
