Close to main attractions, comfy bed
No lift had to carry luggage n baby pram up 3 floors. Heating don't come on till 6 so was cold till then. Shared bathroom with the rest of the floor n shower was stupid n only two toilets. Don't bother going for Indian in the restaurant in motel it was disgusting n for what u get its not cheap. The stairs were narrow as struggled getting a pram up there.
All the stairs
Perfect location, very nice staff.
Poor breakfast, wifi is in the hall only and VERY-VERY-VERY slow and interrupts very often. Had bed bugs in my room.
Overall the hotel was okay for one night stay. The location was good and it wasn't very expensive. Bed was comfortable.
The hotel room and the lobby smelled kinda weird and bad... Our room was noisy during the night, you could hear everything from the outside and also from the other rooms. Wi-fi didn't work in upstairs.
The location is awesome.
We received the confirmation that we can checkin earlier but when we arrived the staff said that was a misunderstood between booking.com. Moreover, The shower was cold water and there was not improvement after we told them.
breakfast, location in the city centre
strange smell, rooms little bit outdated, homeless people sleeping outside the hotel at night
Good location, cozy hotel, staff friendly
nice spot and nice staff nice price for such hotel
The location is brilliant and the only reason I'd ever stay in this hotel again.
The toilets weren't functioning properly, and the only functioning shared shower was not cleaned during my stay. The so-called free wifi did not work in my room and only just functioned in the bar.
I appreciated the bar, really Nice place to sit
I was staying on the 6 Floor without an elevator, not a good idea. the beds where uncomfortable and not clean
Location was great and it felt safe, welcoming. Room was basic but perfect for one night. Cheap and very cheerful!
Easy to book, check in. Would use again. Great location. Breakfast simple but adequate.
Shower was poor and ony floor was put of order.
Wifi only in the bar.
Noise outside, but it is central London so can't cknpkain about that.
Everything else! The supposed double room was a joke, it was a cupboard and there was no way the bed was a double! We knew we had a shared bathroom but it wasn't even a room, it was a dirty old shower cubicle with a door! We moved somewhere else!
Location. Staff is good, too. And I guess it is good price for a hotel in the centre of London.
My room was surfacing the Strand street which was extremely busy and noisy for 24 hours. Ear plugs help a little but the worst thing was my bed. I felt all the springs on my body. I couldn't have a comfortable sleep at all. Another thing I didn't like was that they didn't have a separate lounge room only for their guests. The small lounge they had also served as a bar for any visitor which was overcrowded. Also no internet in the room.
I loved the location, reasonable price, friendly staff!
The breakfast was a cold one, to improve I personally would've liked to see a cooked breakfast included in the price!
location was excellent
having to ask for every item on breakfast "would you have a spoon, could i have a class, any chance for a cup, sorry but the plates are finished..."
Everything else was poor.
Music too loud in bar so that tv couldn't be heard properly Traffic noise all night No towels provided
Good location for going to theatre.
Standard of rooms - paint peeling off walls, damp patches, damp smell, bath/shower room filthy, hot water tempremental, no choice at breakfast, hear every noise from street below, complete disaster of hotel. Should be closed down!!!!
Friendly staff Good location Not far from transport
Door away a lot smaller then expected, so was harder to find. Beds were uncomfortable. Heard a lot of the out side throughout the night. Walls very thin, so could hear other users and their conversations!!
location and value for money, breakfast basic but great value
basic and some issues with decoration in our room, but what do you expect for the price?
I love the location of this hostel, just a few minutes walk from Westminster, Waterloo, basically all the main things London has to offer. The staff were really helpful too, giving me directions to places and were very friendly. Definitely staying there again in the future!
There was nothing I didn't like!
