Good location. Good choice of restaurants. My single room was small (but adequate) and noisy, which prevented sleeping. |

It's location is excellent for central London particularly theatres and for Oxford St. The hotel is clean and is nicely decorated. My room was clean, comfortable and was reasonably priced. The TV / intercative faciliaties did not work properly but that's a minor point since I didn't go to London to sit in my room and watch TV. |

The room was an excellent size and the location was superb for us as it was within walking distance to the theatre. The staff were very helpful and friendly, I will stay there again when I next visit the city. |

The practical, solution-seeking, friendly attitude of the staff to many muffy carpets.... guess you have to be english to apprciate that. A suggestion: a more discreet lighting and perhaps a simple tea service in the lounge area, as it would be a nice area for relaxing, reading, coordinating plans. |

Good polite efficient service Staff helpful and breakfast quick and excellent I complained to the reception staff, that I was woken before 6am and then soon after by chanting/singing outside my room - twice - this was a woman - who it sounded as if was then called into a room close by possibly by a man. I enjoyed my stay but found this totally unacceptable, as I was disturbed. Whether this was client or staff is unclear but was very unhappy about it. |

Nice Hotel which meet all the basic needs. Clean and proper. Not luxuriant. Reception desk was overcrowded. More staff or splitting different tasks is needed. |

The room was very comfortable and clean, perfect size for two to share. The staff were extreamly helpful and plesent. I would certainly go back again. The bathroom needed a little work done to it. A few cracked and odd tiles. However, this did not effect the enjoyable stay. |
