The convenience to the Royal Courts of Justice, close to where I was working The poor sevice, the extremely hot rooms (no fan or aircon, the queue for breakfast (approx. 30 minutes) and the high price of food and drink. |

The staff at reception were excellent. The hotel has a surprisingly good feel. The door door to the bathroom was very squeeky. |

It was ideally placed for Covent Garden and the Theatres which was the purpose of my stay I had a single room which was shabby and far too hot and the noise from machinery at the rear of the hotel made sleep impossible |

staff all pleasant I found check in a laborious time consuming process; queing, filling in forms (info on address etc, I had already filled in), need for me to hunt out a copy of the booking (not just the ref, but the print out) as I had booked same day as the stay. However good express check out process and I realsie that you may not be able to control individual hotels' processes |

Central to where my function was in London, the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The bathroom flooded after using the shower, and the room on the sixth floor was very small and very hot, duvet cover was stained with what looked like blood!! |

I didn't really spend too much time in the hotel on my whirwind trip to London, however I thought the staff were all very pleasant to deal with. The bed was like a rock to sleep and that would have been my only complaint. |

That the single rooms were a reasonable size. |

Location - proximity to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross, nice decor in rooms (recently refurbished,) it was a novelty to be given a map of the hotel and even rarer to be allowed to check in 2 hours early! Foreign staff were difficult to understand |

The shelf at one side in the wardrobe. It is a safety hazard. I bumped and hurt my head on the corner when bending down for my suitcase. |

Arguably the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
This partly refurbished Victorian hotel offers great-value rates in central London, just 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens; an ideal place to experience the capital. |
This hotel offers a prime location at the junction of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. For some it's the cosy accommodation and great rates. |
Next to Hyde Park and close to Kensington Gardens, this 3-star hotel has a superb location with excellent transport links, making it a great base for your stay in London. |
