Location was great. Lobby was impressive. Room was tiny but complete in furnishings. Great deal on breakfast in one of the hotel restaurant. Website indicated that the hotel offers no air-conditioning; this summer has been quite warm and air-conditioning would have been nice. |

I did not need a huge room, but I did need a quiet and comfortable one.
If you're tall, be careful standing up in the shower!

Everyone was very helpful, particularly the luggage man who carried our cases to the street and called a taxi, then placed our bags inside for us. Also the location was perfect and excellent value for money. |

Staff was attentive. I had a room the size of a shoebox. It was on top of the restaurant air conditioning units, which made noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The room was the size of a shoebox, which even for a single was small. In my opinion this hotel trades on reputation and location. It seems focused on travel groups and English customers looking to get wasted in London. |

It is near theatreland Service at pre-show dinner was lousy and could have made us late . They refused to give me an invoice on check out as they said you would send one by e-mail . Not received yet . Bad practice |

Excellent location, good for its price The first club room i was given was too small. However the next night i asked to move to a bigger one, which i did. Second and most important it is unaccceptable to have to pay 2 pounds per suitcase, in order to keep them in storage for the hours between check-out and departure. |

It was near the theatres and embankment The rooms did not have any aircondition, so it was very hot despite the fan they gave us. We couldnt open the windows as the roads were too noisy so it was a disappointment considering the room price does not include breakfast and no aircondition. |

all members of staff very helpfuul and polite. good location for our theatre show and walking distance to many attractions. on arrival at the hotel our room was not ready and we had to wait whilst it was being cleaned. |
