Nice Hotel which meet all the basic needs. Clean and proper. Not luxuriant. Reception desk was overcrowded. More staff or splitting different tasks is needed. |

The room was very comfortable and clean, perfect size for two to share. The staff were extreamly helpful and plesent. I would certainly go back again. The bathroom needed a little work done to it. A few cracked and odd tiles. However, this did not effect the enjoyable stay. |

Location and room Room difficult to find asked 2 chambermaids but they cound not speak English, when I eventually found room, my electronic key would not work and had to go back down to reception.Carvery lunch was not very hot. |

Very convenient location for most of the tourist sites of central London.All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Nothing about the Hotel, but another agency was offering a similar rate which included breakfast! |

Location. Powerful shower. Old room. Toilet seat so old it was beyond cleaning. Mattress worn out, sinking in the middle. Paper thin walls, you can hear conversations next door. Slamming doors. The photos on the web do not correspond to most of the rooms. |

The location to many sightseeing areas is perfect. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The room, though not large, is very comfortable. As a single woman traveling alone I appreciate the sense of security. Lovely employees, all truly helpful, cheery and obliging. And I have already recommended this hotel to friends. It was my second time staying there and will not be my last I am sure. Not a great view from the window in the room, but not a big concern as not too much time spent looking out from there. |

Location of hotel was excellent. Hotel room (623) needs to be refurbished. Too small, too hot, old fashioned. Website only shows pics of refurbished rooms which is deceptive! Would not stay in hotel in such a room again. |

The food was excellent value for money. The staff were helpful and polite, very knowledgable. Also the baggage storage, for a small fee, was very useful, as we were able to do some sight seeing and collect cases later. There could be an extractor fan in the bathroom. |

I always enjoy my stays at the S T Palace. Always clean and well cared for. Staff always helpful. Great central hotel. Always had a double room before, and have always been pleased with the size of the room. This time I had a twin room to treat my grandaughter as it was her first time in London. And was very dissapointed with the tiny room we were given. I felt for the size of the room it was overpriced. The double rooms are excellent. |
