the staff very friendly, the rooms very clean

the music from the disco at the weekends goes until 1 am didnt get much sleep

Friendly staff particularly restaurant staff; clean rooms & reasonable food, not cordon bleu but reasonable

Very noisy at club closing time, shouting, whopping, hollering etc THEN just as things quitened down around 2.30-3.00am someone decided to put out bottles and rubbish making the next 15 minutes VERY noisy!!! Second time this has happened to me here

The convenience to the shopping centre also to city airport.very central to visit the Peninsula & surrounding towns.Very friendly helpful staff.

location of bedroom as main entrance just beside bedroom window,can hear people talking & laughing when leaving hotel late at night.

the room design was very good - plenty of space and very hot showers all the staff were very cheerful and welcoming

the net curtain in the bedroom was rather old and had holes in it which detracted somewhat the TV, whilst never of importance, seemed to show little other than sports channels: free-to-view / BBC news channels would have been good

Proximity to amenities, friendly staff with warm welcome. Great music and entertainment. Comfort of rooms and excellent care.

Room too warm and thermostat not working efficiently. Frozen veg served at meals - should be fresh.

Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable which is a big advantage in this price range in the north of Ireland.

Breakfast room is a bit tatty and the breakfast itself was spartan.

My stay at Strangford Arms was very relaxing. Attended a family wedding and all meals were gorgeous. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were excellent.
