the people who run it are fantastic, they are so kind and made me and my husband very welcome, nothing was to much trouble for them, the food is so nice and boiling hot and well worth the money, and we couldnt believe the amount of food we could choose and have, we enjoyed ourselves that much me and my husband are going back this weekend,, thanks to karen, tasha, and zoey xx

we only wish that breakfast could be on a little later, maybe 8 till 10, instead of 8 till 9,, but it wasnt a problem

The staff and the facilities at Stratford house were fantastic, and the breakfast was to so for. Made to feel very very welcome. I will be staying again, and again.

There isnt anything i didnt like, our stay was perfect.

Very nice, modern and tastily decorated guesthouse (perhaps except a few minor details) with charming owners. Our baby daughter had a great time there playing with their baby girl and toddler boy. Great breakfast cooked to order and everything is very clean. Rooms are of very good size and there is free wifi. Location is excellent and there is free parking. We left with good memories.

My only quibble was that our bed was way too soft and bouncy, almost nauseating at times.

Thought it was overpriced. There were things that would have improved the comfort, a toilet brush, towel hooks in the bathroom. The lightbulb in the bedside light disappeared for no reason.

I would recomend stratford house to every one ,it was every thing you could want ,and lovely staff will go again,

No tea bags in complimentary drinks - only coffee sachets Cream for coffee above was out of date I.E. dated 22/12/12 Light bulb in bathroom of room 6 did not work Did not like the idea of everyone sharing the 'one' table at breakfast time, not ideal when peaple joining and finishing breakfast at different times and limited space - prefer more privacy - should mention group dining on advertisement Toilet roll not replenished when room cleaned

Very comfortable, very friendly owner and a most excellent breakfast. Very convenient for the town and a lovely little shop just around the corner.

There was no way to get in when we arrived. Key should have been in a key safe and wasn't. Would have been nice to freshen up on arrival after a long journey.

The staff was without exception very friendly and welcoming. We were phoned on the morning of our arrival with details of what to do when arriving if they were absent. We arrived before they had left so we did not need the key safe combination that would have been provided. This is a very good system to enable the arrival of guests at all times of day. The location is excellent and with off road parking for all guests, Stratford House is a very good alternative to the hotels situated in the centre of town. Not forgetting the value for money too. We have stayed in the area several times, always staying at different establishments, but both my wife and I would not hesitate to book Stratford House again in the future.

Natasha was very welcoming and she couldn't do enough for us. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious! The shower was amazing!!!! The range of options at breakfast was fantastic and we felt very comfortable in their home. If we travel back to Stratford there is doubt that we would stay here again. We will be highly recommending Stratford House to all of our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

The location and he breakfast, helpfulness of staff as they went beyond duties, very helpfull and friendly place

unfortunately had abit dirty toilet, musthave been overlooked , and the double bed abit samll for adults but we still like the stay

Made very welcome as soon as we arrived by a very friendly woman. The breakfasts we had was lovely, there where four different types to choose from in which we tried two. I would stay there again when in Stratford.

It would have been nice if some kind of shower cream was available as one of the party forgot to bring some. Luckily I always carry extra.

The friendliness and helpfulness of Natasha and her mum, they went out of their way to find us somewhere to eat when we got there late on sat eve, and found us cheap tickets to get into the castle, the breakfast was lovely and very informal.

Very welcoming and good to have personal touch from Natasha who was very helpful on the phone answering questions before our visit. The rooms were lovely and newly appointed with beautifully appointed e suite bathrooms. Breakfast was also lovely. Very enjoyable visit.

Owners made huge efforts to contact me when I booked at short notice to ensure I had access to the property, provided directions for theatre trip that was planned that evening and allowed use of car parking even after check out.

We were in Stratford to visit the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and found Stratford House convenient,friendly,comfortable & also serving a superb breakfast:::::well done.

Close to town centre with onsite parking.

Nobody to welcome us on arrival, no full length mirror in room, no wall mirror in bathroom, shower dirty around door base and watermarks on shower doors, cereal presented in original boxes - left open to air, had to share a table with other guests, asked to share coffee from other guests' cafeteiere, hot food brought to table and left (to go cold) before I had finished cereal (without comment), wardrobe in bedroom was far too tall - had great difficulty reaching hanging rail, dress or coat could not be hung - space not deep enough, only had one picture on wall and this was partly hidden by television(!), overall feeling of place not getting the attention and care it needs.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness and the facilities. In one word ' Quality' I would highly recommend Stratford House to all who would like to visit the area.
