Liked that the hotel was just far enough out of the town where we could either walk in or catch the bus right outside of the hotel. Our hosts were lovely people very informative on where to eat, what places to go and see. Excellent! The hotel is beautiful in good decor and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Lots of choices on the menu! We will return soon and have passed on recommendations to friends and family.
Good sized room, great shower, comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Not a lot.
We could find no faults at all. We will certainly be back again and will recommend to all our friends and family.
Very friendly staff and a perfect location out of the main town but within walking distance. Some great resturants within 100 yrds of the hotel gave lots of choice without taking the car out. Would definitely stay there again.
Good all round .. A little bit out of town .. We normally stay town/ city centre , john on reception a top man , lovely hotel and lovely decor ... Recommended
Being our first visit to Stratford we found this hotel an excellent choice. The welcome and helpfulness from Ian and Lorna was second to none. The breakfasts are superb with plenty of choice. We'll worth a visit.
Friendly welcome Excellent breakfast Good disabled parking
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was lovely.
Thin walls, so could easily hear guests in the room next door. Stain on a towel before use.
Good information and guidance given on local amenities.
Not much Nit picking maybe a larger shower and a small fridge in the room to make it 5*+
Close to Stratford and decent eateries Very comfortable and clean room Friendly helpful staff Close to M40
Described as a hotel but a little ambitious name as no evening restaurant. Breakfast was reasonable but not exceptional Perhaps a little pricey
everything apart from location
bit far from Stratford for me
Big spacious room well thought through. All the benefits of a large hotel with the with ambiance of a family B&B. Staff knowledge and attitude - top knotch.
everything was tip top.
long walk into stratford.
Friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Wifi a bit hit and miss but generally ok.
Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
We both liked the b&bs facilities. It was very clean and there was a cosy reception area and nice grounds.
It was abit noisy in the room. We could hear people in the room next to us. King size bed was too single beds pushed together.
Rooms were clean and the hotel felt new and in good order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable and there was plenty of parking.
Rooms were small and the facilities were very limited. Our room had no bath and the bar closed at 8pm! The only food we had was breakfast which was OK, a little cold.
The location of the hotel is ideal with local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Easily accessible to Stratford and the surrounding areas of Warwick. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel itself was extremely clean. Breakfast was spot on and service to match. Would recommend to everyone.
Very friendly. We arrived late and were given good recommendation where to eat. The reception also tried well to accommodate our requests for food around our theatre night out.
A little too far to walk to Stratford especially at night. It was too dark and we took a taxi instead.
Relying on public transport this was an easy busy ride from both Warwick and Stratford. Friendly and welcoming staff who were pleasant and helpful, without being intrusive.
A little far out of Stratford to vein walking distance of the theatre. Had to rely on cabs after the evening performance. Would've liked a feneral store or newsagents on the Main Street.
Room, facilities, service, breakfast, welcome
Room, breakfast, great helpfulness of the owners as we had made a booking error and arrived a day early.
Parking a bit difficult.
Great welcome, great staff, great hotel. No faults
