Spacious rooms. Good facilities such as swimming pool. Great choice of breakfast. Spacious grounds. Plenty of parking space. Staff were very friendly.

Ability to use the Gym/Sauna/Pool as a customer. Wasnt made clear enough initially. We only found out that we could have used the facilities once we were there but we had not been made aware of this on initial booking, otherwise we would have brought suitable equipment/clothing

The manuger was excellent and the staff are very friendly

All the staff seemed to get on together and were very pleasant to every one They were most helpfull

We have stayed before and really liked it and we liked it second time around, the man on reception is the friendliest and nicest ive met in all hotels, wish I could remember his name, I just know he want english. We will return again.The rooms are comfy and breakfast is lovely.

The Hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, help full and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. The Breakfast was really good and one to set you up for the rest of the day with a really good choice. The leisure facilities were also really good however one minor thing is they advertise a jacuzzi however there is not one.

It was a little out of town and meant either you drive into Stratford or you taxi however I was aware of this when booking

The hotel was about 10 miles out of Stratford Upon Avon, and provided a luxury hotel in a country setting. Even though we only stayed one night, we wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for dining and directions into town. The next time we travel to Stratford, we'll definately stay at the Stratford Manor again. Also had an excellent breakfast!

There was nothing we didn't like. It was a top-notch hotel

1 . The fact that the room had two easy chairs ! remarkable the number of double rooms in hotels which only provide one easy chair meaning that one of you has to lounge on the bed. 2. Good choice at breakfast 3. friendly and helpful reception staff 4. Useful swimming pool facilities

Nothing of any real account ; realised on the last day that the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working, but that kind of thing can happen in the best regulated establishment

All staff were very helpful and frendly.

Rooms were a little cold, and quilts were a little narrow. Swimming pool was also a little cold, which was a pity as it was a nice pool, and a nice hotel.

This was a treat for my wife after she did all the work at our family Christmas gathering. It worked! She loved everything about it. If I'd thought about it earlier I'd have booked a couple more days.
