All staff were very helpful and frendly.

Rooms were a little cold, and quilts were a little narrow. Swimming pool was also a little cold, which was a pity as it was a nice pool, and a nice hotel.

It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Staff members were all very pleasant and helpful. We arrived early having had an early morning start and flown down from Scotland and we were delighted to be allowed access to our room at that point. The taxi driver was helpful and we met another lovely couple who shared our taxi to the theatre and back. We would certainly return and go to the theatre from there again.

The Stratford Manor was a very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and we also had lunch in the bar and this was excellent too. Will definitely stay here again, good value for money.

The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was the Spa area - it was very tired, and the pool was not very warm - although it is a really nice size pool. The changing areas for the Spa area were very dated. The sauna, steam room and gym were good though.

This was a treat for my wife after she did all the work at our family Christmas gathering. It worked! She loved everything about it. If I'd thought about it earlier I'd have booked a couple more days.

Ease of access to stratford and can use the car park of the other q hotel in Stratford. Friendly easy going staff. Bedroom very comfortable. A quiet location in 22 Acres.

Breakfast finished a little early at 10:30 for a holiday period.

Q Hotels are a good chain where quality is right up there, freindly staff great bedrooms with comfy beds and the breakfasts are fantastic! Spa facililties are very good as well

The staff were friendly and very helpfull, room service was punctual and very nice breakfast. Facilities were very good, room clean and tidy as was the hotel overall. Free parking is a bonus and overall very impressed and would consider staying at this hotel again if taxi fares were a little cheaper. Thank you :)

Room Service for breakfast. The form to fill in to request menu should be more simple. I got the impression you could either have continental or full english therefore missed out on toast and juice. I was disappointed in the taxi service provided. £12 from the hotel into the city! I have never paid such prices for a taxi and when I questioned the driver in a polite manner he simply said 'would you like me to take you to the police station' simply not acceptable! I would consider staying at this hotel if taxi prices were cheaper as many people head in to town from this hotel and I believe they are taking advantage.

The location and the Spa facilities together with the ample car parking.

I liked the location and the staff were on the whole very good. I was slightly dissapointed with the quality of the food and service at dinner, particularly as I had booked for my wife's 40th birthday. We waited close to an hour for our main course and had my 2 year old daughter with us and the food standard was ok, but no more for the price paid (The staff were clearly struggling with a big coach groupthat night). Leisure facilities were not what I expected. Staff, location and price were all on the positive side - just the product could do with a bit of money spent on it in my opinion. All in all, 6/10.
