Parking was easy and plentiful, staff were excellent, breakfast was really good! The room was well equipped and very clean. The room was not ready until 3.30pm rather than 2.00pm as stated. |

Very friendly staff,spa health club. The Gym/Pool facilities are very good but unfortunatley some familys with young children insist on using the pool as a play area.Its a gym not a play pool,even though there is what you would assume to be the 'family area' some mothers think they should be able to swim in the main pool area with there child and spoil it for the health spa members and other pool users.Even the staff where embarreesd for there regular members.The staff where very good,its not a problem of there making.Just the chav mentality of some of the familys who have paid to stay and will not be put off using the pool and letting there little ones spoil it for everyone else.Victor Meldrew over & out :-)Its a spa health club not a childs play pool. |

Great choice of cooked breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, available at later times for a weekend stay. Comfortable room. Quiet, undisturbed. Lots of parking. |

A comfortable room and a very quiet location. The security of coded entry gates was also re-assuring. The full breakfast buffet was often poorly replenished and the quality was below 4* standard ('Catering' quality suasages, dried up scrambled egg,). Only very limited tv channels |

The location was ideal for getting into Stratford and parking at the sister hotel in Stratford was a real plus. The staff were very helpful and everywhere was very clean and tidy. |

Helpfull & friendly staff. The abillity to use the sister hotel for parking in Stratford Upon Avon also given maps & information of whats on in the town. The room was extremly hot at night would have like to have a fan available in the room. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and nicely furnished. Good breakfast menu with plenty of food on offer. En-suite bathroom slightly tired around the edges particularly the shower curtain (mouldy/musty smell). |

The welcoming helpful staff in all areas, clearly team effort portrayed. A short drive to Warwick, Banbury and Stratford, yet many quaint villages to drop into en-route. Nothing to dislike. Outside terrace/garden area furniture a shade tired. |

The staff were excellent. They were very helpful and genuinely wanted to know you were having a good time. They always asked what your plans were for the day and had opinions and advice to help you with your day. The food was excellent, the best I've ever had in a hotel and very affordable if you can get one of their dinner bed and breakfast packages. Couldn't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel. |
