Great location. 5 minute stroll into the Centre of Stratford, opposite the RSC. Great. Compact leisure area but all facilities we needed, and clean. Warm rooms and hotel areas (we went in December). It's on a reasonably busy road. |

Friendly Staff convenient and comfortable. At vBreakfast the food was good but got cold too quickly as the plates were not warmed. Also the waiter poured me a cup of coffee as I arrived for breakfast from a pot - it was not very hot and had to be replaced. Also it would be nice to have a waiter without a foreign accent! |

Friendly helpful staff. Good location for town/theatre. Good parking . Paid £5 per day, but was good value & secure. Would come again. |

Location to the centre of Stratford plus it had a car park There was no facilities in the room such as mineral water; also it was not great value for money i.e. a family room for 250 per night ! |

Its location in Stratford for all amenities. The modern 70ties 80ties style is rather cold looking and the bar area is anything but "cosy." I would also expect this standard of hotel to keep the bar open after 11pm. |

I enjoyed the comfort and friendliness of the staff I found the hotel to be very warm, quite hot at times. The corridors were very warm and so was the bedroom |

Location was good, bed was comfortable. Compared to cheaper hotels in Stratford we have stayed in, this hotel was not good value at the price. We had to pay extra for car parking and queued for breakfast. |

Good central position, especially for the theatre. It had a good car park.Very good porterage. Restaurant too crowded at breakfast. Reception a long way from the furthest rooms and the corridors are looking tired. |

On our arrival we were pleased to find that the hotel was central to the attractions of Stratford. The staff were very friendly and well mannered. The parking facilities were very secure and we were pleased to find that we could stay in the car park after we had booked out of the hotel. We would defiantly stay at the hotel again |
