Have to pay extra for use of WiFi
Afternoon tea y the fire Breakfast parking Walk into town
Upstairs is straight out of the 1980s Ground floor /restaurant/Bar very modern
its position - close to the river, the theatre and the shops. the room was spacious and comfortable the breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
having to pay for parking on top of what was a fairly pricey tariff
It's completely unacceptable to have moldy bread in the toast bread - poor poor food management
Nice central areas. Comfortable bed.
Thin walls in the bedroom. We were given a wake up call when we had asked not to have one which was annoying as we had been kept up all night by the couple in the next door room.
Location. Size of bed. Reception and outside area.
Room shabby. Air con poor. Paying for internet! Mould around bath. Window nailed up. Standard lamp not working.
Everything at this Hotel was First Class
The only thing I didn't like was the weather and you can't do much about that !!!
Excellent breakfast. Free parking. Public rooms very acceptable
Our room on the first floor needs dealing with. Black mould on the bath tiles. Marks need removing from the carpet, worktop needs re-varnishing.
Loved the bar and lounge area. Very clean comfortable and relaxing. Staff throughout the hotel were all friendly and helpful. There was a great selection for breakfast which was very tasty. We loved our weekend break and will definitely be coming back to stay at This hotel.
The bedrooms although very clean and comfortable were a little tired. Our bedroom window in room 1013 would not open and we should have mentioned this at the time.
Pillows were much too hard, even the soft one!
Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfy.
Shower was a weak dribble and the iron was cheap and useless
Location, cleanliness, staff.
Long walk to room!
Beautiful foyer, bar and lobby area
Rooms look a bit shabby and dated. Mattresses need replacing, very uncomfortable sadly
Located close to all the attractions in Stratford and facilities were excellent.
Not having enough time there to enjoy them.
Easy parking. Good location for town. Clean, smart hotel inside with nice decor. Friendly & helpful staff.
Found the evening meals a bit disappointing (for the two evenings of the visit) although the breakfasts were good and the staff were friendly and efficient.
Price. The bill was a total mess for the second time running. But at least i didnt get charged for 8 breakfasts for 2 nights like last time.
This Hotel is in a first class position, great parking, Fabulous rooms, brilliant food, excellent bar and outside areas ... Recommend
nice location, car parking on site.... although you have to pay ... great location for theatres .. nice easy stroll to all town centre attractions
not much .. breakfast too expensive though.
Cleanliness Room sizes Catering facilities Piece and quite Respectable customers
Regret only comment would be that food was not hot in the restaurant when dining.
The bar area is very comfortable, and gardens are picturesque, with the addition of a patio heater.Having a pool and a gym is a good attraction.
The ground floor was very plush, and had had alot of money spent on it. but once out of the lift, and on the floor where the rooms are everything was very plain and basic. The breakfast wasn't the best of quality, and some foods were greasy, some were luke warm. The view from the bedroom window was a flat roof, which isn't very attractive.
Food in the main restaurant was very good.
Cannot believe in this day and age that you are made to pay for wi-fi, it is available in every coffee shop in Stratford but it seems not at the Holiday Inn. Bar prices also quite steep.
Staff were very helpful Nice big bathroom large room
Room smelt strongly of damp Windows sealed shut and flies in the room Soft bed Terrible internet despite getting 4 x 2 day internet codes
We liked everything
The hotel staff were polite and very helpful, close to town centre, good entertainment and excellent food .
Just a few cobwebs in room, the sink was cracked and just hadn't been hovered very well
Clean, comfortable, great location and the patio area is a great place for a morning cuppa or evening drink with friends. Highly recommended
