These have been reported to the Staff. The least we would expect is a refund compensation on the room rates. 1.Flush did not work - we had to go downstairs to the toilets in the foyer, late night and early morning. 2. Mattress had steel wires sticking out which hurt me. 3. The mattress had some kind of bugs as my wife's back and legs were covered with insect-bites.

Room not ready on arrival and we were not allocated a room for some 40 mins beyond the guaranteed 3pm check in. Not very clean, soiled bedding and hair on quilt

Location excellent Staff friendly & helpful great breakfast set up loved the bar area hotel clean.

No bar fridge in room, coffee not good to bitter & cold, should not have same for dinner every night ( Calvary ), supply Moore soap in rooms. Unable to open windows in room 2004

The evening buffet was poor and the breakfast buffett was poor on Satuarday but good on Sunday - It must have been the chief working on Friday night and Sat morning Did not like that we were in a connecting room and were not told about it also the room was out side the lift unfortunately the mechanics of the lift kept waking me up and some of the other guests were VERY noisy when using the lift.

Great location and excellent breakfast

The hotel location was really good. It was clean and really comfortable. The hotel catered for mine and my sisters allergy which was really good. The leisure facilities were also very clean and enjoyable.

I was not impressed with the price charged for wifi. I would have thought a 4 star hotel would have had free wifi.

Close to the centre of town yet with a wide garden frontage opening onto the river Avon. Large comfortable room. Excellent staff.

The cooked breakfast was pre-cooked and as a result was dry and uninspiring. The fried eggs were rubbery and unpalatable

The location is TERRIFIC for access to the town and especially the RSC Theatre. The saff are efficient and friendly particularly at reception...always a nice start! The garden area is lovely too!

Having to pay for wi-fi! The hotel really is looking a little tired and barely merits a 4* status.

The staff were all very welcoming, and the room comfortable. It also had easy access to the theatre and the town centre. There was also plenty of parking.

On arrival back to room at 2.15pm room was still not made up. also found carvery meal very over priced, and for a family I think would be out of the question.

I visited Stratford with my grandson to go to the RSC to watch a play and see the Shakespeare Houses. This hotel was excellent for our visit, in location and comfort.

The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing as to location of meeting rooms

Spacious, Friendly, central, calm.

1. Toilet flush did not work. 2. I object to paying parking in a hotel that I am staying in. Car park is part of the facility (similar to swimming pool) as so parking should be factored in with the price. 3. Place needs a facelift.
