Liked all the staff very friendly and helpful
Everything about the hotel was excellent, from staff, bedroom, breakfast & location. Would definitely go back & recommend.
Close to the railway station and a short walk into town; modern rooms and bathrooms; breakfast choice; smart public rooms and bar area.
Newspapers didn't arrive; pricey but that's to be expected for the location and time of year.
Excellently situated for my course & for the town center. All round very nice stay
Rooms Comfort quietness breakfasts location grounds
I liked everything
Comfortable room Location
Wedding reception meant that I could not sleep as the noise from the music and DJ was unacceptable.
Quiet, firm mattress, good air-conditioning
No afternoon tea/cakes
Piped music in public areas
The staff are wonderful and after what had been a stressful day elsewhere we were given an upgraded room which we really appreciated, wish our stay there was longer
Nothing, everything has always been perfect for us at this our hotel
Loved Jason on reception! Very informative, friendly, yet professional, made my sister, and I feel very welcome, room was very comfortable, ( carpet was stained, which was a shame ) but overall both enjoyed our stay, which is the second time we've been, and will be returning again in the future.
The fact that the carpet was stained!
After many years visiting Stratford - for RSC productions - we stayed at The Stratford about 4 years ago, for the first time. We have not stayed anywhere else since!! Eric & Tricia Baggaley
For this quality of Hotel, I would have expected a choice of a fish dish - at breakfast......
Lovely food in restaurant (my standards are high!) really comfortable beds and clean modern rooms
Location is next to a main road no nice views from bedrooms apart from road and car park. Some staff in restaurant need a little more training as orders were wrong and came late which meant my mother had to sit with her food (luckily a salad) for 15 mins until I finally got mine.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, well equipped and very comfortable rooms, great facilities and very good location.
paying to park at the hotel where you are a paying guest has never been accepable
Staff excellent, request for quiet room with bath met, earl check in sorted
Room was generously proportioned, clean and elegant. Good choice of food at dinner. Pre-theatre meal good but it would be worth indicating that some dishes require a 30 to 45 minute preparation on the menu before guests order. One is usually a little anxious about time on these occasions. Generally a very pleasant stay.
Rather noisy air conditioner.
Very comfortable rooms, well thought out and a pleasure to stay in.
as the weather turned colder the hotel heating system could have been put on for awhile
Very welcoming staff, clean room and bathroom, excelent food, comfy bed.
Having to pay for car park
Wonderful location, great breakfast, good parking. Excellent staff
Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Very good facilities and excellent breakfast.
Sleepless night on Friday due to a party which went on until 3.30 a.m. and despite the fact that we had asked for a quiet room. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. Still waiting for management response but unlikely to stay here again.
Luxurious quality and general cleanliness. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Paying for car park.
This hotel has a lovely exterior with very nice gardens to sit out and have a drink at the front of the hotel. On entering there are numerous awards the hotel has recently won and the staff were friendly and helpful when checking in. Room was a standard double but was a very good size and the bed was huge. Bathroom had a large shower. Bar isn't too expensive and has a nice seating area. Breakfast was of a good quality and there was another option on a different menu cooked fresh to order if it was not available on the buffet. Even though breakfast was very busy as it was a Sunday morning we were seated right away with very good service Location is perfect for exploring Stratford roughly a 5-10 min walk to town centre can't wait tk return
Sumptuous breakfasts and excellent cheerful friendly service. Very comfortable quiet room. The staff are excellent. Room kept beautifully clean.
Would like greater choice of tv channels (freeview?)
