I realy liked the fittings in the room they where to a high standard and the service was great. I was not too impressed with the price of food and beverages at the hotel at £95 for a 1 night stay I would have expected better prices at the bar. |

The hotel had a great central location, lovely grounds very peaceful -easy access for amenities close to the station. Plenty of parking, the breakfast was very good. |

The garden for pre dinner drinks. The music played throughout the hotel was based around Vera Lynn! The lighting was a little too low. |

The room was nice and comfortable. The service at the restaurant was excellent and the reception staff generally friendly. Yes. early in the morning there was a fire alarm and many guests rushed out of their bedrooms to the entrance of the hotel. Others stayed in. There was no staff member to provide information on what was happening or what to do or where to go. Fortunately it was a faulse alarm. Would it have been serious the consequences would have been devastating. |

Room excellent, food superb including the service During the morning woken by a fire alarm ( which not a problem) and not one member of staff was in attendance getting people out, everyone made their own way and no register of personnel was taken once outside the building, furthermore, kitchen staff continued working, then someone came out and told us it was a false alarm. |

We had to get up and leave the hotel by 7.30 but breakfast was at 8. The receptionist arranged to have our breakfast ready early and bought up to our rooms!!!Beautiful rooms, more like 5* than 4. Brilliant!!! |

It fulfilled all our needs for the weekend, was delightfully comfortable and the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's ideally situated within walking distance of the city of Stratford, The corridors to the rooms seemed endlessly long and winding and rather drably decorated. |

Our stay was extremely pleasant largely due to the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of our room and hotel. Just a lovely weekend of R and R in beautiful surroundings despite being so near to Stratford. |

The room, breakfast and location were great. Especially the peolple at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating :) The internet was very slow and very very very expensive :( They need to adjust the internet rates or give it for free. |

Rooms were outstanding all staff were friendly and pleasant especially the breakfast staff whom nothing was too much trouble. I was pleasantly surprised with location and cleanliness of rooms they were outstanding. Credit to you all. |

We visited Stratford-upon-Avon for a quick overnight stay to see an RSC performance. We found the hotel to be excellent for this purpose in all respects. Friendly staff, minimul fuss, nice room and excellent breakfast. We were gone again by 0730, but would have liked to stay longer! |

Our room was large, clean and decorated to a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. The breakfast was well stocked throughout the entire service with plenty of choice available. The hotel is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk to the town and river. |
