15 Minute walk through town to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre was good but additional charge £5 to park at hotel. Comfortable, good breakfast and good value.

Lovely rooms, excellent value for money, nicely laid out - bar and dining facilities were lovely. Central location although we werent quite sure where abouts we were. Absolutely awful service from staff. At the bar ordered a guiness and pimms and lemonade. The bill came to over £14. The bar staff then served the guiness, then 3 other people before going off to find the pimms. I waited 20 minutes for my drink. The same in the restaurant - 20 mins before anyone took our order, 45 mins before we ate anything. Very very very painfully slow. We were on the inclusive package and felt that this restricted our ability to do anything about it, like not pay for the awful service!!! Would recommend but will warn of sevice to others

The Stratford is very well located for the centre of Stratford on Avon, just a few minutes walk away. It has its own parking (£5 per day). The breakfast selection and quality were very good (the best we've had in a Q hotel). Staff were helpful and efficient; for example, the special offer we booked was for a twin room, but at reception they asked if we would prefer a twin or a double and put us in a double when we asked for that. The room was comfortable, clean and pretty well appointed. We would stay here again.

Fabulous. Great central location, attentive staff. Breakfast and evening meal were superb. The wine was quite expensive, but I still bought it.

Breakfast was buffet style with only one person preparing hot food. The choice was extremely limited and the experience was reminiscent of a 40's holiday camp. For inclusive cost of B&B this was extremely poor value.

Quick, efficient check in and out. Friendly and efficient staff. Outstanding cleanliness. Quiet. Smart room. Nice robes and well-equipped rooms. All in all, a great package except its a little pricey considering its the depths of the off season. Cost a little high.

We liked the location, very short walk to Stratford town centre Found everything at the hotel to be very expensive and the breakfast was very poor for somewhere boasting an award winning restaurant

More of a business conference centre rather than a luxury hotel. Nighttime staff and service are pretty slow. Location is perfect in that it's located right beside the train station and on the edge of the town centre. Very little info re what the town had to offer If you're on a business trip, the Statford is perfect. For anything else, it's ok. For the money you pay, there are more traditional locations where you could have a real sense of Stratford upon Avon.

Location was excellent for walking into the town for shopping, restaurants, bars etc... One thing we didnt like was having to pay £5.oo each night for the car park, we reckon that should be in with the price of the stay.

I liked the Stratford because the staff were so friendly. Our room was fantastic. It was very spacious , lovely decor , comfy beds and very clean. The location was great as was close to the shops, bars and restaurants and didn't have to drive anywhere. Overall would highly recommend and I will be visiting there again.

The room was quiet and confortable. Staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was fine - had better but had a lot worse. The great thing is the location, an easy walk into town for the shops and the theatre.

The staff were extreemly pleasant and helpful, we had no reason to ask for anything as everything was provided. Breakfast lovely, location great, shame about the charge for the car parking but lovely location and gardens.

The hotel is very comfortable with good facilities and service. Breakfast buffet was fresh with the usual English offerings. Short walk to Avon and city sights. Lovely Italian restaurant, Il Morro, 1 minute walk away. Towel warming bar was not working.

Really enjoyable stay. Only thing - very poor choice of channels on tv and clunky menu system. What's wrong with providing freeview channels?. Apart from that - excellent

Good standard of rooms, modern decor, lovely bathroom. Good location. Breakfast was alittle limited, I dont eat cooked breakfast, so more choice in bread rolls and pastries would have been good.
