Excellent room, value for money, cleaned particularly well!
Having to pay for car parking.
Rooms were lovely. Nice an clean. Friendly staff.
A bit too far from Royal Shakespeare centre for me.
Walking distance to Central Stratford (2-3 mins) Quite a modern hotel Amenities in the room all good (free wifi) Breakfast good Staff helpful
Small room Food Dining room service
The location, room, food and friendly staff
From arrival to check out all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. The reception and bar areas were very pleasant and the seating was comfortable. An ideal location for a weekend break
Breakfast on sunday morning was very busy and the layout did not allow for many people to serve themselves. I also waited some time for dishes to be replenished whilst the food I had chosen went cold. The bar area was very cold on sunday evening and we chose to go out rather than eat there.
The Bed was excellant
The barrier going in.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. They really couldn't do enough to help. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Best breakfast ever!
Restaurant prices. Lift out of action.
Staff excellent. Breakfast very good.
proximity to town centre, wifi available in the bedrooms, the quality of the breakfast available daily,
heating switching on at 0700, noises from people banging doors and cupboards not closing them in the early hours of the morning,
Hotel was clean and spacious and near to town centre.
Checked in at 6.45pm and although restaurant appeared very quiet we were told that a table would be available st 9.00pm if required, i thought this was rather odd and would have expected a table for 2 wouldn't be a problem when hotel was quiet, we had to go into town to eat so i would advise anybody ro book beforehand if you require evening meal!
Very attentive and courteous staff
plug in the basin did not work despite reporting it after the first day, they couldn't or forgot to put it right.
The hotel was very clean and tidy. One of the cleanest I have stayed in. Rooms were very comfy and nicely decorated. A nice breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice. All staff were polite and welcoming
Bedroom clean and tidy. Nice hotel.
Ordered porridge. Did not arrive until 2nd request and that after a lengthy wait. I thought staff had forgotten again so decided to have the main cooked breakfast. Porridge eventually arrived while eating cooked breakfast.
staff were courteous and very informative regarding the area and things to do.breakfast was superb!!!
friendly staff, great location, value for money, clean.
stampede for breakfast first day, second day breakfast very good
Lovely modern rooms and bathroom Fantastic breakfast- and nice to have a choice of ordering omlettes etc as well. Friendly and helpful staff Excellent value for money
Bar service late night- waited ages for a drink but no bar staff around.
Exceptional restaurant service from Douglas and a new evening waitress( sorry didn't get her name).
1. Eaton mess, poor value for money £7.00 for tiny bits of meringue and a scattering of fruit. My friend fortunately ordered ice cream had three scoops for under £3 fortunately he gave me one scoop.p 2. Coffee bag in the bedrooms difficult to use and bitter.
Ideally situated, being only a short walk to the centre of the town which means you won't need your car for the duration of your stay. The breakfasts were excellent, the bedrooms clean and comfortable and the staff very pleasant. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting the area.
The bedroom was great, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent.
Breakast was a shambles: waiting over 10 minutes for a table! The food was OK, nothing better.
The closeness to the town. We chose an upgraded room which was lovely and clean and quiet. The dinner and the breakfast the next morning were very good. Most reception staff were helpful and friendly. We have stayed before and I hope to stay again.
We were greeted at reception by a man who was quite rude and abrupt I am only sorry I couldnt remember his name. The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable next time I will ask for feather.
The superior room was very comfortable if a little sterile. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly.
The breakfast buffet area was very congested which led to queuing. I also noticed that there were queues outside the dining room for breakfast lasting more than 15 minutes. The breakfast facilities are not adequate for the number of rooms.
Extremely good breakfast, lots of choice and very good value for money.
Good food. Comfortable well appointed rooms. Friendly staff.
Mix up with billing and taking money for room on check in rather than presenting single bill on check out. Room rate was high but understandable, due to popular location start of half term.
