Rooms clean and tidy good breakfast courteous and attentive staff .

Having to pay for parking I think that is appalling .

No power point in bathroom.

It was our Silver Wedding Anniversary and the staff made us feel important to them. Room was comfortable and clean.

Excellent staff. Comfortable and well appointed bedroom and bathroom. Nice bar open 24 hours. Good location just 10 mins easy walk from the theatre. Good value parking on site. Highly recommended.

Warm friendly welcome, and helpful staff. Good location for sightseeing and RSC Theatre within walking distance. Excellent food and attentive waiting staff..

Bar service only satisfactory compared to high service in all other areas.

My daughter and myself enjoyed the whole experience of our stay, the staff was polite, welcoming, and friendly. The room was light and clean the food was excellent, and the whole ambience of the outside grounds was lovely.

Staff were fantastic - friendly, considerate and very welcoming. Hotel itself was conveniently located and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet wasn't to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Cooking breakfasts to order is obviously very hard work for such a busy place but it was the only thing that wasn't totally perfect.

The female chef who seemed reluctant to poach the eggs that they were offering!!!

everything really.......c,ant find any faults except for dinner menu..............there where some excellent places to dine outside so feel you should look into this

In relation to restaurants in the town, the wines on offer were poor and expensive

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was well located for Stratford. Easy walking distance to amenities.

Large room, modern decor, modern bathroom with power shower, cold fridge, £5 parking charge, plenty of lighting, excellent breakfast, polite, friendly staff.

The hotel was clean the staff helpful Checking yr bill on the tv was a good idea Breakfast was very nice Would stop again.

Couldn't turn lights off without removing vin card U had to ask for items such as shower caps and extra soap thought they be standard in a 4 star The room had too much furniture and felt cluttered But it was a v comfortable bed

Excellent alternative for people arriving to Stratford Upon Avon by train.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic with its proximity to restaurants, shops and golf courses. The station is a 5 minute walk away giving good access to Birmingham. Great buffet breakfast.

Location is excellent.

We waited a good five minutes to order tea at breakfast on 31st May before my husband went to find a staff member himself .

the lack of TV channels

Central location for a city break. Facilities were ok but not really 4*.

We ordered teas to have in the garden and were forgotten about. Teas and coffees ordered at breakfast were forgotten about also a round of drinks took a very long time. I know it was a Bank Holiday but the breakfast buffet kept running out of food. As the hotel provide tea and coffee facilities in the room it would be nice if the same facility was offered free in a lounge so we could sit as a group.
