A very handy location for a city centre visit to Nottingham. A once grand hotel in need of a little investment. |

Fairly low price for the stay, decent rooms, nice and clean. The staff member who found it impossible to deal with a woman and kept talking to the two men with me, despite the fact that I was fairly obviously dealing with the stay. Having to wait around outside for ten mins to get in wasn't great either. |

Friendly hotel staff, facilities in the room (hair dryer, trouser press), the hotel's location was excellent, a short walk in to the city centre where all the shops are! Fantastic!! The room was quite small, very 'squashed' |

The staff was really helpfull. What I liked more was that our dinner party was held at the stathdon hotel, so I didn't have to travel afterwards. The dining room was excellent. The location was relatively close to the train station, so that was very convenient. As I arrived to the room it was a bit cold. It got better a few hours later though. |

The location close to the city center ist good Both lifts were broken down, staff did not help with the luggage to the third floor. The standard rooms are very small but clean. The first room was too loud because of ventilators outside the window (3rd floor). So we changed room and had "only" traffic noise thoroughout the night. Hotel needs a face-lifting and, for the stanard rooms, is really a two star hotel. |

Room was very small. Whilst the room was clean the bathroom was so out dated the perception was it was not clean (if you know what I mean?). One of the other things was that whilst the member of staff who checked me in at the hotel was excellent, the one who checked me out was poor. She gave me my receipt and never asked if every thing been ok for me, unbelieveable! |

i liked nothing about this hotel other than it's location, it advertises parking does not say limited to just 3 spaces and also not given the room type asked for and then staff tried to make out i was being given a reduction for the room that they had for me only for it to be the usual price. incompetant staff, sleeping on the floor, |

I was booked into a superior room and there is no way it was superior. It needed a good refurbishment and it was small. The bed was against the wall so could only get in from one side. Not as photo on website. |
