Not a lot the Receptionist was friendly as were the bar staff. the room was stuffy and not particularly clean, the shower was hard to work and infact I was burnt on the foot trying to turn it off when getting out. It was also very noisy.

The cleanliness of my room. It had everything I needed with no pointless extras. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a good example of how an English should be. It was a little warm for my taste and there was street noise but it was City Centre. I slept well anyway!

Close to the city centre Staff were not that helpful. I went down to breakfast at 7am and there was no one there until 7.20am. I had paid for breakfast but was unable to order anything cooked as I didn't have time as no one took my order until 7.30am and even then I had to actively seek them out to do so. Not good at all.

The fact they had an ironing board and pool table was good. Also all their free view channels actually worked. Where do I start? Electricity went of twice when I used appliances supplied by the hotel. Second time when I was mid way in my shower. I then asked for spare bed sheets and was told they can't find any.(Hotel policy says they will give spare ones) When I was then finally given the sheets they were left outside the door on the dirty floor rather then waiting for me to open the door. Now the shower they had was the most ridiculous shower ever. Takes twenty mins to get the perfect temperature as its either boiling or ice cold. The sink taps are worse as the hot water one is 999995826 degrees so you can't even use that to wash your hands. The design of the rooms is old and tatty and boring. This has been complained about by many guests but they don't take their guests opinions in to consideration by the looks of it. Not worth the money at all!!!

The staff were really friendly, welcoming and flexible. They did everything to make our stay relaxing and stress-free. I hadn't realised parking was available, hadn't booked and couldn't fit into the nearby multi-storey, and so it was a joy to be offered a parking space right next to the hotel without even having to ask! It was very warm in my room, despite the snow, and although I tried to turn the radiator down, it kept coming on. The loud TV screens in the bar/restaurant were rather offputting.

Parking for the disabled * I think it would it be better to have one larger lift, rather than two tiny ones ? We send out thanks to the staff again for the prompt bed change from double to singles.

The staff stood out. Pleasant, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. As a female on a business trip, this made me feel comfortable and safe. The evening meal was advertised online at £15. When it came to ordering, I was directed to the bar where there was football on big screen TV and told I could order anything off the bar menu to the value of £15 (which was easier said than done, either fell under or went over).

It had wifi. Very small room, noise from generator if I opened the window, no control over the heating and with it being a very small room felt very uncomfortable/closterfobic with window closed. Bedding very dirty, didnt want to get into bed. Couldnt operate shower.

It was compact, but clean and close to Nottingham town centre. The fire alarm when off at approximately 7pm Saturday evening and then three times at 8am Sunday morning. There was no explanation nor any apology when I handed my key in.

Friendly, efficient and motivated staff who had their handle on all booking and local information. Very welcoming. Great location for my business in the Albert Hall Conference Centre. Fittings were all fully functional albeit a little "tired" and some coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcome even though room service was readily available 24 hours a day.
