Parking was difficult

Fabulous breakfasts with home cooked food, lovely fruit salad , home baking and jams. The room was clean and had everything we needed ie hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel. On street car parking was easy. Hosts were very knowledgable about the area and where to eat. We will return.

Everything was fab

Very friendly, very good single rooms, clean, comfortable, well located on a quiet road, excellent breakfasts, would recommend to anyone, a great choice.

Lovely welcome, owners very attentive. Great room, comfortable bed! Super location. Excellent breakfast and the homemade scones absolutely gorgeous. A stay here is a must!!

No negatives!!!

Kevin and Debbie were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, there was food in abundance and the rooms had plenty of nice touches like complmentary drinks, chocolates, mints, small fridge, wine glasses and cork screw. The tiffin that Debbie made to take away was Yummy. Overall I can't think of anything that was missing

Small room and ensuite ceiling low

1.Friendly, helpful hosts who take pride and pleasure in making their guests' stay relaxing, 2.comfortable room and en-suite; 3.very clean throughout; 4. the breakfast was superb - better than I have had in much more expensive hotels .5. great value for money. 6 I will be back soon.

We liked the position as you had good access and parking in a place that gets very busy .Upon our arrival we were made very welcome .We asked advice on places to eat and on there advice we had an excelant meal .the guest house is nicely decorated especially the original features in the dinning room.On th day of departure a nice touch was. Being given some home baking for the journey home which was lovely

Couldn't pick any faults

Everything the owners were very friendly showed us to our room and the lovely smell of fresh linen when they opened the door was beautiful.They even had bottles of water for you wine glasses,mini fridge,corkscrew which in all the b and b's that we have stayed in never supply.The lovely smell of home baking that was made for you to take home was gorgeous.The cooked breakfast and the bowl of fresh fruit in the morning was lovely. I would definetly recommend to anyone to book a stay at this b and b and I will be staying there again

rooms were comfortable and management very friendly. Breakfast were fab.

Could hear everything that was going on in neighbouring rooms.

Good location. Very nice hosts. Clean and comfortable.

Best breakfast at B&B. Good quality and well cooked. Friendly place, good location, clean and tidy. The resort is ideal for couples on a short break but probably not great for kids.

Pubs down the bottom of resort are fairly expensive for food and drink so not great place if on a budget.

Very friendly and welcoming owners. My single room was small but very comfortably and well-designed. It was excellent value for money.

Friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean, airy and very comfortable with lovely touches such as chocolates and wine glasses provided. The breakfasts were fantastic and the home cooked treats - Banana Bread, Tiffin and Fruit Scones sustained us on our walks during the day.

Lovely B&B - great welcome and friendly / helpful approach throughout our stay. Well decorated and maintained rooms with lots of nice little touches. Wonderful breakfasts Fantastic location for everything that robin hoods bay has to offer!

Lovely B&B, very clean, first class breakfast. Owners very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Will definately go back. Highly reccomended.
