Very clean, well appointed, great staff.

The staff were really helpful and its location is perfect for the Winter Gardens. Best budget priced hotel I have stayed in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful...the room was very spacious and had a lovely sea view...would definately stay here again.

The lack of parking spaces...but this wasn't a huge issue as we just parked round the corner.

We like the fact that it was very close to where we was going like the theatre

The shower, there was no hot water at all so me and my boyfriend had to shower in freezing cold water

everything i would have came in august but was bit expensive

Room was bought very cheap but had everything we needed and was better than quite a few budget hotels we have been in although bathroom needed work. Rest of hotel decently furnished.

Not many customers in, which is a shame as a coachload would have been ideal for this hotel

The rooms were a good size, the location was good. The barman/receptionist was pleasant.

The waitresses in the dining room were rude, the breakfast was awful really greazy, had to ask for more toast and hot drinks there was 4 of us. The cutlery was filthy as were some of the bowls. The rooms weren't cleaned very well, there was no hot water they advertised parking but there was only a few speaces for the size of the accomodation therefore had to pay £9 to park. The bar was sparce and you had to keep going to get the bar man as he was also manning the reception area.There was no music on in the bar area it felt really sad and dull. All in all pretty poor service all round could really do with a refurbishment.

I love this hotel as its the closest to the nightlife but without the noise

The room was very nice and spacious with a sea view. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom needs updating. Breakfast staff were a bit rude and abrupt. Shame the hotel does not do evening meals or entertainment to compete with all the hotels in the same road.

breakfast was cold think it was all cooked and just left till guest arrived for breakfast. that is my only fault with this hotel. It was not they were even busy so there was no excuse. Ieven did mention it and it was no beter had cold beens and hard fried egg yet again with rock hard toast yuk

The Manager / Chef - very accomodating in the restaurant considering we didn't check in until gone 6pm..... The young lady on reception ( Vikki ) very pleasant & helpful. The bed was comfortable, the sea view at no extra charge was appriciated.

The Bathroom ! No shelf - short on toilet rolls - no glasses - no shower mat. 4 bath towels on first night but only 3 on second night - ( no hand towels ).....Bedroom .- No top up of coffee sachets in room on 2nd morning. The Tv situated too high up ( not easy to watch )

the heating was on which made it a bit uncomfortable as it was much too hot throuhout the hotel.

perfect location for a night out in Blackpool especially the Soul Suite and a session of retail therapy! We will be booking this hotel again
