I didn't like my bedroom it was very small I had a sea view room couldn't hardly see out window was very dirty shower was a joke shower door was broke so water went on floor will not stay here again thank god it was only one night
substitute bacon I dont what we were eating didnt even taste it
Great location, super staff who can't do enough for you, good breakfast, fantastic value for money. Have booked to stay again
lovely staff clean
paid extra for a sea view and close to the train station
Room cold, not very clean, hotel had a damp smell. Staff sleeping in the attic and walking up and down the stairs between our room and another. Dated.
It was value for the money we paid.
location food excellent staff sea view
nothing at all
Using the toilets in foyer and having to stand in other people's urine travelled home as I couldn't stop in such a dirty place
Great location , clean and comfortable , value for money
A couple were fighting in a room near us no staff came up to resolve
Love the stretton cant fault it been a few times on different occasions Will be going again soon
Nothing didnt like brilliant
Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff great location enjoyed my stay
The location as it was very close to where we wanted to be
The staff weren't very welcoming not all but non the less. Our room had rubbish in the drawers from previous guests. We had 2 disabled quests 1 of which was in a wheel chair yet we were put on top floor yes there was a lift but if broke for any reason she would have been stuck on top floor. The sink was cracked and toilet seat had cracks in which nipped you when you sat on it. We had no plug for the bath so had to use from next room.
everything was good at the hotel good rcomendation
Nothing at all

Location near Town centre
Hotel very cold, heating went of in the night, shower just a trickle and kept going of.
No tv remote Shower was poor and small Very dated and needs a good refurb
Price of room
Staff were friendly & helpful, rooms were clean & tidy, food was first class, I recommend this hotel
Not enough car parking
Staff were fantastic, nearly had a disaster on NYE as were double booked by someone, but James on Reception was absolutely fantastic and saved our partying!! Loved the location and will DEFINITELY be staying there again!!
It served a purpose, what can you expect for the price.
The description on booking.com stated a DVD in every room.. the night porter/reception did eventually locate one. there was no milk in the room to make a drink with. There was a £10 extra charge for a sea view room even though the hotel was fairly empty
It was close to everything near to train station and lots of pubs on your door step
There was nothing not to like
