The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location very pleasant with nice gardens. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Could have been nicer bedding , not good to have unironed poly cotton Duvet cover. Cotton is far better more comfortable and smarter. Pillows too flat and awful man made extra blanket. Food very average.

The best food in the area if you are not a vegetarian. Only one vegetarian option available on the menu and the same option was available all week. Milk supplied in room was found to be well over use by date.

We liked it all - even the ducks ! The staff work hard & are very efficient & also very friendly. The location is just outside Fort William so access for shopping was good. Train Station minuets away with no noise. Mountain views just outside the window ! A visit a must to see the area. We didn't

the staff were excellent, the owner/barman/storyteller was great and had plenty things to tell you with a vast knowledge of all his whiskeys behind the bar to let you try. The steak for dinner was tasty and well cooked. There's not much in Roybridge its self but it is perfectly placed and within 15 min drive of Fort William, the Nevis Centre and a ton of great mountains and glens to walk.

It turned out to be a mid-march cold snap, the pond outside our windows was frozen over and snow was in the air but our room was really cosy. On the second night we turned the radiators right down and were still lovely and warm. The bathroom was unexpectedly enormous and luxurious with a really good hot shower. Breakfast was very good, especially the tasty, lean bacon and excellent pot of coffee.

The room and bathroom were a goo size and spotlessly clean. We had a good meal in the restaurant in the evening. The location suited us as the train station is directly over the road. We were unable to have breakfast. We were departing by train at 0800 and they didn't start serving until 0830. I asked if they could leave cereal out but was told there would not be any staff on duty to do that.

The location was very convenient as we were interested in walking Ben Nevis the following day and it was about a 15 minute drive to the visitor's centre. Our twin room was of very generous proportions, and the beds comfortable. There was a bit of background noise (?generator) in our room, but nothing that interfered with us getting a good night's sleep. The restaurant menu offered good variety and our meals were tasty and good value for money. The restaurant staff were cheery and efficient. The breakfast menu was a bit restrictive, though the portions were satisfactory, and service was prompt and with a smile.

Excellent staff very friendly and welcoming. Excellent evening meal and breakfast slept well and easy to find the Inn. On arrival I had to negotiate a steep set of stairs with my suitcase myself and the door to where my room was located was unlit and I had to search around to find a light switch in the half light. After a long journey guests do not need the Krypton factor thanks.

Retired couple from the USA. This quiet little Inn is a diamond in the ruff. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and great bathroom/shower.. The view from the room overlooks a pond with wild ducks and the mountains. The attached restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. The owners of the Inn and their staff went out of their way to to assure we were comfortable and accommodated. It is only a 15 minute drive from Fort Williams and well worth the savings.

I did not understood why do you have to pay another pound for the electricity when you arrive at the hotel? Plus they gave me no receipt for it, and the electricity card had 16 pounds on it. And to heat your room you have to wait one or two days, because they are using an electric heater that needs a lot of time to start working. Very bad experience, I will never go there again, EVER!
