Good value for money, clean, comfortable good breakfast and friendly staff.
Only 3 parking spaces which appeared to have ? Owner or staffs cars parked there all weekend.
Breakfast good, staff very good, room tough needs attention , water leak in barroom, wallpaper hanging off, needs sorting
Room , not good
the fact the staff were very friendly, and helpful...I liked that the hotel was not too big,so you didn't have to walk for miles to your room or restaurant, bar etc.breakfast lovely, all you needed, cooked to perfection.bar prices very reasonable.also as no evening meal you were allowed to bring food back to hotel anytime and eat it in bar or your room.x
hardly any parking spaces, had too park on streets round back of hotel,or wherever spaces.
Excellent all round hotel ... Very friendly and welcoming could not do enough for you .. Will defo recommend and return
very comfy beds and great fry up for breakfast
late check in early check out
The staff were friendly and it was close to the pleasure beach. The room was ok just very hot.
The shower didn't work properly and the room was very hot.
everything, the location was ideal close to all the entertainment at the south of blackpool yet quiet on a night there was a tram stop just at the end of the road.the hotel was spotless the breakfast menu was great as was the food. the owners were vevy friendly and helpful we would definitly book up at this hotel again and would recomend it to all our friends.
lack of parking places
Room 26 poor went school half term noisy children
Friendly staff. Good location close to tram stop. Comfortable, clean room. Recommend superior rooms with balcony for space and comfort. Good breakfast. Very nice comfortable bar and eating area. Staff allow you to bring food into lounge in an evening or will ring for a takeaway for you and have menus on display.Public areas, great decor.
This hotel does not really have car parking. The streets nearby had no spaces. In the busy season the nearby public car parks have no spaces (October Half Term) so the only place to leave the car was the Sinatra hotel opposite at £15 a night. Budget for this when you stay.Upstairs areas a bit of paint and some minor repairs needed to spruce the place up a bit.
friendliest, most welcoming family hotel we have ever stayed in. fabulous!!!
the staff were brilliant and accommodated our child with special needs, they couldnt have done enough for us. Breakfasts were amazing and very efficient with getting everything out to us. Made our stay very relaxing and less stressful. would certainly go back there next year.
Staff were very good every thing was no trouble The breakfast was one of the best ive had
Had 1bad night with some noisy guests
Friendly staff. Nice main room in hotel
Room windows opened to a boiler room, so there was no fresh air coming into the room and it was hard to sleep in such a clamy room
Friendliness and efficiency of staff. Lovely full English breakfast and comfortable beds. This is our second visit and would stay here again only I am returning to Australia next month.
breakfast was very good the bar/lounge area very good staff again very good i did like some of the rooms we passed but think ours was the forgotten room
our family room was very grubby the bed valance was filthy the carpet was dirty the bathroom was dirty i have stayed in hotels at the same cost and never have had a room like this would
Lovely hotel, near Pleasure Beach
5 min walk to pleasure beach. Breakfast was nice. .. not really greasy fatty stuff you'd usually see at these places. Staff/maid lady were friendly and helpful. Room v small but was fine for a 2 night stay. Clean shower and loo... Lock was broke though but not a particular issue for us. Would stay again. Quieter end of blackpool. .. near pleasure beach not really near the tower and bars... perfect for us!
We liked the friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness, especially as we arrived a little early. The location was good for us and we were lucky to get a parking space at the front. Breakfast was first rate.
We were in a value room which was pretty much as we expected, except for a rather unpleasant discovery. A very badly soiled mattress cover under the bottom sheet, so soiled it was markedly noticeable through the clean sheet! Unfortunately this was not noticed until late evening. Note left for staff.
the hotel is on the south side of the pleasure beach which we prefer
the limited parking around the area was the only minus
convenient , lifts .
we have always found the stuart hotel to be very friendly not to far away from the centre but not to close to the noise .The breakfast is always first class.
Relaxing and welcoming
Car parking for very few cars
The location for the pleasure beach was excellent . The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpfull . They served a lovely breakfast with a smile always and kept a nice pint of beer
Bar, breakfast, very friendly staff.
Shower room, no where to hang towels close to shower, also could do with a shelf for toiletries etc
