Location very close to Victoria station and coach station and underground is the main reason we stay here. Continental breakfast provided is good and replenished each day. Both times we have stayed it has been hot and we have had to sleep with window open so a bit noisy at first. Very helpful staff
Small room and dragging 2 suitcses up 3 floors but thats the price you pay for a cheap room.
The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable on the area. They even let us into our room early and store our bags which was a bonus. The location is brilliant for exploring :) The room had everything we needed in. Would recommend and will be back soon.
As the page says some rooms wouldn't be suitable for people who struggle on the stairs, however I'm sure you can request ground floor rooms. The room was a good size for us but would be a struggle with lots of luggage and maybe a longer stay.
The neighborhood is very cool. I felt like it looked like something out of "Sherlock" and the next day watched an episode that seemed to have been filmed there! The staff was great. The continental breakfast is awesome because they store all you need in your fridge in advance. Less than 10 minutes to get to Victoria station. I would stay here again and recommend it.
The bathroom was okay. Clean but could use some updating.
Very close to bus station. There's a shopping centre near by. Fridge restocked each morning.
Beds were a bit saggy.
location is close to everything, friendly and helpfull staff.
studio required a second couch, as 4 adults cannot sit on the one couch that is currently in studio and it was very uncomfortable
Front room at no 82 Belgravia was extremely hot and stuffy. Provided with a Fan which was in effective. Opening the window did not help either. It was very difficult to sleep under such conditions
Extremely hot room with a very small window
Room was clean and as described. continental breakfast was provided in a small fridge which was replenished every day. the location was good. staff was friendly. I'll definitely stay here again!
no lift, so it may not be suitable for everybody
Good location. Close to underground station, railway and Buckingham Palace.
There is only a microwave in the room while I was hoping a full set of kitchenware.
Friendly staff on check-in Good location
Bread felt stale as stored in paper bag in fridge Need better blackout curtains especially in the summer
large, comfortable bed; continental breakfast supplied in room.
difficulty of finding the reception area
Loved the location! The bed was extremely comfortable and having a fridge, microwave etc. along with continental breakfast was really convenient. The staff was helpful.
The room was uncomfortably warm, even with a fan on and the windows open.
well located, quiet the fridge correctly filled very clean
very hot, no AC just a ventilator... how to use english "guillotine" windows :)
Pleasant staff, clean and spacious, great location.
Breakfast basic standard but adequate.
Location & plenty good places to eat close by. Very quiet location
Room far too hot & sash window broken so couldn't be opened; obviously been broken a whole, there was lots of damage to the frame. Bed needed either a new mattress or new frame. Impossible to move without noise!
Literally 5 mins walk from Victoria so still a great night bus service after 2am. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom very clean.
Breakfast wasn't great, there was a mouldy Satsuma in the fruit bowl and an out of date pastry in the fridge. Plenty of other things to eat provided so didn't go hungry but not very impressed with the breakfast overall.
A lovely, quiet location. Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Close to transport links. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good size bathroom - lovely to have a bath and not just a shower.
A small detail - it would have been good to have a small mirror somewhere near a plug socket for drying your hair.
Location was excellent as we were going to the Chelsea Flower show and the Bus service stops just outside Victoria Stn. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Provided us with any extra's we required. Tea/Coffee etc. and stored the plants we purchased into a cool store overnight for us. We have even booked again for nest year.
Despite the provision of a fan the room (at the top of the house) was like a sauna. This spoilt my trip as it was too hot to sleep. Also although the room was small little thought had gone into storage solutions and shelving. Our clothes had to be stored in the food cupboard, only 3 coat hangers were provided, there was nowhere to put toiletries or washing up in the bathroom (a small shelf next to the sink would suffice, and nothing in the shower for your shampoo etc.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
Bread was a bit dry.
our room was small and cannot be considered an apt. .a mini fridge, wouldn't hold a bottle of wine,a tiny microwave no chairs or room for chairs.Put suitcase on a top shelf and th dust flew over room. didn't eat the cheap pre packed bread, told them not to bring any more. This had about one half the room of a Hampton inn. no sink except the bathroom. our plan was to eat a meal in the room which was not possible.no ice in mini fridge
Location is excellent Staff friendly Room was a good size for 1 person Very Quiet location
Breakfast is supplied via croisssants and bread/ cereals in the room, however the milk in the fridge was a carton of already opened UHT milk. A new carton would have been preferable, as have no idea how long it has been there.
Central for most places. Sloane Sq just short scroll away. Staff very helpful, no light when we got in the night porter was there ASAP ane fixed fuse.
Stairs, bath to high for me to step in. I did ask for walk in wet room.
location was very good. near tube, bus and rail transportation.
three story climb to small studio -- no lift.
