very helpful staff great breakfast fab location for Chelsea flower show, king's road and Sloane square

Room very spacious and had everything we needed. Bed large and very comfortable. Excellent location and friendly staff.

Location was great for seeing many London sights. Also close to Victoria Station. We had a room at the back of the building which meant it was so quiet. We woke to the sounds of the birds not traffic. It had everything we needed.

nice staff on check-in and check-out. the location was fantastic - only 3 mins walk from victoria station, nice bars and cafes in the vicinity and in easy reach of the palace and park. was great to have food and drinks provided for breakfast. we had a room at the back and was very surprised at how quiet it was for a city-centre location. would definately recommend and would love to rerurn

only minor gripe was the lack of a mirror near a plug-point in the bedroom for drying/straightening hair

Prepackaged fridge-cold continental breakfast/UHT Milk/Concentrated orange juice/One Iron and Ironing board between 4-5 flats (like a student house)/Sullen staff on arrival. All for £135. If I wasn't claiming the money back on expenses I would be seriously unhappy. I repeat: uht milk.

The staff were friendly and helpful Particularly Daniella. We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. She also prepared our evening meal for us She is a lovely caring and efficient young lady and is prepared to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay at her place of employment The b and b is clean and has excellent facilities good range and quantity of breakfast supplies. It is convenient to bus train shops and hop on hop off bus which tourists often require

The stairs would pose a problem for seniors but staff will assist if required with luggage.

Very close to Victoria but in a quiet side street. Continental breakfast all provided in the room was good. Everything clean and to a good standard. Will use this place again if the rates remain competitive.

Would have been nice to have some means of heating pain au chocolat and croissant since only a bread toaster and a microwave seem to be provided.

Perfect location (3 minute walk from Victoria Station) and very friendly, quick and helpful staff! Everything we needed was quickly provided without any charges (iron, ironing board, eu socket switcher). Room was quite tiny, but properly cleaned and well heatened. We arrived 2 hours before the check-in and administrator prepared a room for us earlier, so we didn't spend much time waiting. Thanks! Breakfast was modest (few slices of bread, milk, butter, jams, some cheese and cereals), but fresh fruits were always provided. Anyway, there was a fridge in the room, so we could keep some additional snacks there as well.

Noise. It was written that the building is historical and quite old, so it has those sash windows and huge space under the door. Therefore, there was no difference whether the window/door is closed or open, but on the second night we got used to the outdoor noise, actually. The only discomfort was the indoor noise, when other people entered the building and had a talk at the staircase.

Extremely friendly staff, whom couldn't do enough to help. The apartment was better than the photos depicted and was very impressed with the fully filled fridge for our breakfast..more than excellent value!!

As a group of us were hitting the London party scene we booked the apartment so that we could all meet early, get ready and head out...however with only one bathroom mirror it made it a tough job for us all to get ready. A very minor grumble..but a full length mirror would have made all the difference.

In spite of being located near Victoria Station, the surroundings were quiet and noiseless. At the same time, location gave many possibilities for transportation to/in/from London, and places to eat and buy.

The breakfast facilities were rather small and a bit uncomfortable. Normal height table and chairs would have been better.

Fantastic location. All was new and very clean. The fact of having all the stuff to do a proper breakfast in the room was fantastic. Really good quality/price ratio for london

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is excellently located for business or museum-visiting/ tourism in London.

Was ideal location for coach/trains at paddington two minutes walk away ...choice of breakfast ..the use of kettle fridge microwave etc, gave guest choice of eatin in room or eating out..maid service daily topped up continental breakfast daily..and fresh towels ..staff was very helpful and friendly..luggage can b left safely on checkout if you wish to go out on day night before leaving London.overal a very enjoyable stay...

Only thing I would say is if you are on second floor or upper floors you have no lift..so stairs would be a climb ..but staff will help carry luggage up for you..
