Impolite receptionist especially after we left the room. Not really clean(dust everywhere). Noisy neighbourhood (woke up at 7:00). Reception closes at 8:00pm , no-one to ask about heating which was finally under a wooden protection stuck between the bed and the wall( obviously, no-one informed us about that on purpose ). Really not a good choice.
good location (not too far away from oxford street/camden market, a couple of tube stations just a few minutes of walk on each way), very clean and tidy apartment (and bathroom too), staff was very nice
there was a little bit gap between the floor and apartment door, so we could hear every step along the hallway and it also was a source of light from the hallway
Good venue, nice room, well equipped.
It was a very cold night and I was really cold - an extra blanket would have been nice. Also some instructions about how to work the heating.
The reception man told me that the invoice would be given on check-out time, and the reception woman told me that the invoice was sent by e-mail when I checked out. Sill I haven't receive the invoice..I don't know why they told me a lie. Also after paid by credit card, my card was blocked . I was reported by the credit card company that the unauthorized transmission was done after I used my card at this hotel. It might be some simple mistakes on hotel's side, but it costed me a long overseas telephone conversation with my credit card company after 2 refusals of card payment. I was not happy at all.
Staff were very friendly, nice and clean
We were outside the front door for ages buzzing as no staff at the desk had to wait for a hotel guest to let us in. Then waited at the desk for ages, would be good if there was another way of getting in or a note left to say someone would be back as we were unsure we were in the right place
Good location and building. Clean, warm and quiet.
The kitchen facilities were very compact. It was a small studio, but very small. Bathroom was also a little too small for comfort.
Perfect location for exploring London by foot/bus/tube. Good sized room with proper kitchen to self cater - but plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby.
Could hear underground trains rumbling. This didn't bother us because it sounded like wind, and stops around midnight.
Room was clean and comfortable, small but enough for purpose. All facilities, cooker, microwave, large fridge, shower were clean and perfect. Ideal base for visiting London. Very quiet and secure.
Couldn't fault anything!
Centrally located and very comfortable.
Location; close to stations and food places. Staff. Heating; quick and hot.
Bed - needs replacing. En suite - small Front of property not double glazed and noisy.
Location was excellent. Although small, the room was sufficient for a city stay in London. Very clean and tidy.
The bed was extremely poor and we had difficulty getting comfortable. The mattress had metal springs that could be felt no matter how you lay down. This really was unacceptable and the mattress should be replaced. It's not a matter of 'you get what you pay for' - it's a matter of providing something that doesn't hurt you.
Ideal if you're looking for a nice comfy bed next to Euston for an overnight stopover in London. Studio very compact but perfectly adequate. will use again. Much better value than the neighbouring large chain hotels.
Not ideal if you want to relax in your room during the day as there is no room for chairs. However, for an overnight base in London you couldn't do better.
Well designed, compact, comfy space in great location.
Broken electrics meant no kitchen facilities and some plug sockets not working. Lots of corridor noise.
Staff were wonderful, helpful & friendly Brilliant location Very clean & comfortable Good use of space in #507 & quiet Will definitely use again when in London and have recommended to friends who visit for business
three flights of stairs, I have a bad right knee and wasn't given the option of a lower floor chairs for the kitchen were appropriate for the size but not comfortable to sit on Nowhere to put cases Curtains need to be thicker, let too much light in at night time
Location is perfect - the freedom to cook in the apartment, and although compact, there is enough space.
I couldn't stay longer
Bed was too small for two persons. Hardly any room to walk.
Rooms are clean and well kept
reception working time is not 24 hours, we should go to another place to check in, it is really not convenience.
The location is excellent, and the room, though very small, had everything I needed. The second room I got was clean and absolutely fine.
I arrived late and had to check in at the second Studios2Let venue. The first room (ground floor) I got was awful, the wall around the bed and the bathroom were completely black with mould, and the room had a really musty smell. As reception was elsewhere, I couldn't change rooms for this first night. I complained in the morning, though, and got a very nice and clean room.
Convenience, and that we had everything we needed in 1 room, I would stay there again
It was pretty expensive for one night and for location
Excellent position: 5 minutes walk from Euston Square Tube Station and Euston Railway Station. Nice and clean rooms. There is a well equipped kitchenette, very funtional.
If you arrive after 19h, you'll need go to Cartwright Gardens (also a Studios 2 Let property, 15 minutes walking distance) to check in and get your key.
It was quite near to the centre (30 minutes walk) and to the tube (5 minutes). Staff is friendly. Very cute small studio with nice window-view (warm and cosy). On the whole good impression.
Not all kitchen facilities worked as well as not all electrical outlets. No lift so be ready to take your luggage up the Jacob's-ladder if you live upstairs. Wi-fi connection broke now and then.
The location is good! Just a 1 min walk from Euston Square Tube Station e a 4 min walk to Warren Street Tube Station. The lovely Camden Lock Market is also within walking distance (15 min). Right next to the hotel, there is a street with lots of Indian restaurants. The room is clean, but small...the bathroom is also small! But we managed. The heating was perfect. . There is a small kitchen, a TV and a hair dryer. Check out is at 11h. They will keep your bags after check-out but be sure to get them before 19h, since the front desk closes at that hour in the North Gower Apartments (the girl in this front desk was not a people persons, or maybe she was just having a bad day) The WIFI is free and works fine.
If you arrive after 19h, you'll need go to Cartwright Gardens (also a Studios 2 Let property) to check in and get your key (the guy on the frontdesk was very nice and helpful). It will take you about 10 to 15 walking to get to the apartment. The bed was not very comfortable, but not enough to be a problem.
The location was excellent. Very close to Euston Station and buses to Central London. I walked to Covent Garden and there were many places that could easily be accessed by foot. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.
Staff was very willing to help. The kitchen's appartment has everything we needed for a small dinner. Appartment was clean and quiet. Location is 4 minute walk from Euston rail station
Appatment was very small. Shower head holder was broke. The apprtment is very basic
