Very large room for the price by London standards. Freeview Telly and reliable wifi. Helpful staff and good location about 5 mins walk to Euston mainline and tube stations and to Warren St tube station. No mobile signal because it was in the basement!

Good location, clean rooms. Our Small Studio was upgraded to bigger one and it was great. One of the Small Studios we had, was really small. There wasn't even enough space for the luggage.

My room was immaculate. I only stayed one night so cannot comment on daily room servicing. I had everything I needed including quality bathroom products. It was warm, nice bed linen, and an opening window (which I like) I knew in advance - thanks to a previous review that the room would be small. I personally loved it. If you arrive after 8pm you have to go elsewhere and pick up your keys. The small room is incredibly small, our touring caravan was bigger. Only one (small and slim ) person could possibly stay in it. Having said that I found it cute and would definitely use it again.

location excellent, cleanliness was excellent, maintenance of apartment was also excellent 505 was very warm, had to leave the window open at night which meant sleep was disturbed on a regular basis from street noise. A fan supplied in the room would help

Great location with easy access to the city centre, you can walk to Oxford Circus in 10/15 minutes and take several lines in the subway by entering in Euston Square or Warren Street. It is not the biggest apartment you could get but we spent all the days outside the hotel and only used it to sleep at night so that was no problem for us. The quality/price relation is excelent and the apartment is very well equiped. The beds are confortable, there is a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and the necessary tools to cook. The people were very nice as well and very helpful, but bare in mind that the reception is only open from 7AM to 8PM. We didn't think that the street was very noisy, the point is that the walls are very thin so everytime a car passes by you will hear it. If you wake up easily with the noise you should take ear tampons with you. There was plenty of light entering the room in the morning, the curtains should be replaced.

Nice room, helpful staff. Everything was there in the room for a comfortable stay. For whatever reason, I wasn't accommodated in the original location and was transferred by taxi to another set of apartments in an equally convenient location. Power points awkward to get to.

The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful and the room was tidy and clean. The location was great and just around the corner was a good pub and lots of restaurants (mostly Indian restaurants). The room was tiny and I couldn't sit on the loo properly because the bathroom was so narrow my knees hit the wall. Also there was often a strong smell of cigarettes because someone kept smoking in the gaden at the rear. I even smelt this at 6 am - please ban smoking in the rear garden area as the smell blows in through the studio windows.

Despite my negative comments, room 302 was incredibly small, but neat, clean and tidy. Close to the underground, and a reasonable walk to the city. If you can, check out room sizes first. As David, from Spain wrote,re thin curtains, I assume he stayed in the same room as we did, the night lighting was free, as the powerful street lighting was right outside our window, when I asked if a blanket was possible to cover the window, I was told to take the one off the bed. For minimal expense, they should have supplied block out curtains, there where only 3 rooms that would have been affected. There is know a/c, or a fan, if you open the window, then you can listen to the conversations at the pub over the road. If the only choice was to stay in this room again, then we would definitely not stay again, on arrival we had asked for a different room, and had booked early on, but for 2 nights this was apparently all that was available. There was know room service.

Its clean and has the basic facilities such as kitchen but unfortunately we were there for only 1 night. Room was far too small for 2 persons, especially the bed as I have to share the bed with my nephew. We were given the top most floor which is inconvenience for us as we have to carry up 2 big luggage bags up the stairs as there is no elevator/lift. As we arrive in the night, the instruction is that I have to go to location to collect the keys which is very inconvenience & I have to call for taxi to bring me to that place since I am not sure of the place.

A central but yet quiet location. Short distance to tube station and train stations and London centre. Short distance to pub and supermarket and restaurants. I saw some of the rooms at the ground floor and they were OK. I stayed for a week and got a room "downstairs" despite expressing my wish for an "upstairs" room. The downstairs room per se was OK and clean but there was a view to the terrace of the adjacent room, the "kitchen" facilities were in a cupboard, the water heater was broken, the waste bin was not emptied and no effective curtains. Squeeking noise from the guest(s) above. Get a room upstairs!

Small room but with all the facilities you could wish for and more, including complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee etc. Close to Euston Station and Tube, in a surprisingly quiet area. Plenty of pubs / places to eat nearby and close to Supermarket that's open late. Could do with thicker curtains to block out more light.
