Position was great, lounge facility good, well equipped for a coffee/snack, quiet for central London.

Room was very small with little space to sit - there was a chair and table but it would have been difficult to actually use them! Bed fine for a couple of small people but it should be made clear that it would not have been comfortable for a tall or 2 large people.

Modern and clean and well situated.

Convenient and very nice touches to the place, garden access, staff helpful. lovely building and 5 minutes walk from St Pancras

Some of the Reception staff a little frosty but others were great.

The staff were very welcoming at reception, and we were escorted to the apartment. The room wasn't enormous but it wasn't too small either. You could tell that the room and the facilities (microwave, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery) had been thoroughly cleaned. The bed was a nice size for two and was comfortable.

The TV channels kept freezing, so I was unable to watch. Minor point - the pillows were oddly sized, insufficient to use just one, but two was too much and I woke with a 'cricked' neck.

Location was handy ten minute walk from train/tube station. Quiet at night, clean modern.

Staff were not friendly and welcoming. Building did not have an elevator. Bathroom extremely small.

Good facilities in the room (although of a modest size even though it was called a large studio). Good value; staff were helpful and pleasant. WiFi is handy and works on multiple devices (but email out didn't work). Fantastic location in pleasant street close to Kings Cross and major attractions.

Although it didn't impact seriously on us there is significant noise and vibration transmission when people are walking overhead. This indicates the renovations did not address the structural deficiencies these properties have as a hotel. Conversations on the street are also clearly heard. No lift can be an issue.

Very good location, close to British Museum...you cam wolk to there. Very clean and the stuff is very friendly. In the room you have all the facilities.

Ww did expect a studio apartment to have a sofa area but maybe that's just what its like where in from from and this is London living!!!???

Turned up at the hotel to be told we didnt have a room as they had problems with the boilers. Why no one rang us to tell us so we could orgainse other arrangements. They re located us down the road. To a basement and charged us £100 for the privelege. went back to complain, they managed to find us a room. basically lied to through and through. Rang to complain, no answers, no returned emails or calls. SHOCKING SERVICE. Do not recommend.

Room a little small - but very minor point.

The location was fabulous. It was very close to everything. Good facilities including laundry.

No power point anywhere near a mirror. General lighting in the studio was poor.
