Person with loud voice in next-door studio. Smokers outside in other studios, making the lovely garden a no-go area.

It was my first stay with them and I totally enjoyed the whole time. I go to London at least once a year 2-4 weeks at a time, this will be my new place to stay. Close to tube, nice places to eat and anything you need is a block or two away. Clean, quiet and enjoyable stay.

I didn't care, but there is no lift and luggage can get heavy going up the stairs, that say the fellows are more than helpful if you wish

The cleanliness and the comfortable bed. Central proximity to underground and international rail, other attractions. Secure entry to building.

Could have a list of facilities available in room, the location and how to access, eg laundry and tennis. Outside noise from people late at night. Having to carry luggage up so many stairs.

A budget hotel in London that one can actually move around in - lot's of room. I have made many trips to London as an airline employee. This is by far the best hotel

Position was great, lounge facility good, well equipped for a coffee/snack, quiet for central London.

Room was very small with little space to sit - there was a chair and table but it would have been difficult to actually use them! Bed fine for a couple of small people but it should be made clear that it would not have been comfortable for a tall or 2 large people.

Access door to the corridor next to my room making a bang each time it was closed, the window which didn't close completely letting cold wind come into the room, dust found in the kitchen, the noise of the air evacuation in the bathroom very small, th bed moving and too small, noise from the staircase

Convenient and very nice touches to the place, garden access, staff helpful. lovely building and 5 minutes walk from St Pancras

Some of the Reception staff a little frosty but others were great.

The staff were very welcoming at reception, and we were escorted to the apartment. The room wasn't enormous but it wasn't too small either. You could tell that the room and the facilities (microwave, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery) had been thoroughly cleaned. The bed was a nice size for two and was comfortable.

The TV channels kept freezing, so I was unable to watch. Minor point - the pillows were oddly sized, insufficient to use just one, but two was too much and I woke with a 'cricked' neck.

Clean and well thought out room. Somehow they manage to fit almost all the amenities needed for a shortterm stay into a compact space. Easy walking distance to the British Museum, the British Library and the Kings Cross RR and tube stations. Ethnic foods and neighborhood dining nearby and easily accessible.

Expected a "studio" room with a little more space and with cooking facilities. The room did have a small refrigerator and microwave - but the description implied it was more like a studion kitchenette. Maybe we just got a small room. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Location was handy ten minute walk from train/tube station. Quiet at night, clean modern.

No easy location for rubbish Linen left in hallways every day. Not a good look. No spare toilet paper or coffee/tea facilities.
