Great location. Clean & comfortable. Close to major train stations, pubs, cafes & shopping centre.

No lift. Had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Towels only changed weekly.

convenient to tube, restaurants, St Pancras and heathrow (Piccadilly line). A quiet spot for London!

Small room but very clean and modern. Close to several major stations.

The studio was spotlessly clean. It has everything you could need for a short stay, with a well equipped kitchen & is in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from King's Cross station. As a returning guest, I asked for & was given, a lovely studio with an outside patio.

The apartment was small but well- designed, allowing great comfort and many facilities, such as a full kitchen. The design was attractive, so that the space felt good, and we found it relaxing and convenient. The location was also very close to Kings Cross St Pancras, easily within walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Sheets on bed had seen better days. the towels were frayed.

The staff were amazing, so accommodating and friendly, I can't wait to stay there again, five star service at a 2 star price! Fabulous!!!!

Location & facilities were perfect for our needs

Staff were very abrupt & unhelpful. My impressions of 2 of the 3 staff I dealt with we're poor, with no interest in answering my questions about the room.

Small apartments but we knew that beforehand. Standard apartment really only suitable for one person.

The location to kings cross station is great. The laundry down stairs was fabulous. Nice big room, tiny bathroom.

Lovely garden area. Lovely balcony. All items that needed to cook own mean. Toiletries and tea coffee provided. Great location. Saw squirells in the gardens while being five mins from rail services

Rooms were a bit on the small side but great value in that location.

Room was spacious. Comfy. Close to Euston and Kings Cross

Excellent peaceful location, short walk from Kings Cross. Staff very helpful.Nothing was a problem. You can even leave your luggage secure when you check out, if you have a late train departure. Had room with terrace, found it very clean and everything you required. Bathroom small and compact, but all you need is a clean bed and shower..

Convenience, simplicity and good standard

The bed was not great and we needed a good nights sleep after travels and long haul flight.
